When I first went in for tires, they were great, they when to pick up the tires. I got the warranty, and now that I need to use it. They are making it difficult. I never got a phone call back when it was going to be available. I have been driving on this spare tire for 3 days. I had to call them 5 times till they finally told me it would deliver around 2 pm. I can't wait around all day for this to get fixed. It should have been available first thing in the morning.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop. Brought the car in for a regular maintenance timing belt replacement. Was told the service should take no more than 3-4hrs which is typical for this type of service. I was called later and told that the radiator connection had a crack that was noticed when removing the valve due to corrosion or rust. They said they didn’t do it and it was the other shop. I said ok and said just finish the timing belt replacement and continue as they said this is may cause a leak or no problem at all. I was told that the repair would still be finished later that day. Around five noticed I never received a call to come pick up my truck and tried to reach the shop but they were now closed. The next morning I went to the shop and was told they got busy and could finish, mind you I dropped the car off at 8:00am the previous morning. I was then told it would be done by 12pm that day. I received a call back at 11:00am saying the car wouldn’t be ready for pick up at 12pm anymore because they hear a weird noise. Remember this was just a maintenance replacement my truck made no weird noises when I dropped it off. After hearing it would take even longer my wife dropped me off at the shop. I was then told my valve bent when they tried to replace my timing belt!!!!!! They literally broke my valve because they installed the timing belt incorrectly!!! They have admitted they are at fault and now tell me it will be days before my truck is ready but how can I believe anything they say! If they installed it wrong the first time how am I to know it will be installed right this time and not cause issues down the road. I’m not mentioning anyone by name because these guys have mouths to feed but do better guys! Come to this place at your own risk!
Update: The bent valve damaged my engine and now it needs to be replaced! Worst automotive experience I’ve ever had.

Came in for new tires. Person behind the desk was doing them which is fine except that every time a person walked in or the phone rang he would stop and help them out whicm made it take forever. Took to the ontario mills location 3 days later to get tires rebalanced.

Stopped off there while my daughter handled some DMV business next door. Really nice guy inspected my tires and gave me a great quote on new ones. No name tags though so I can’t mention this rockstar by name. Good work folks!!

Very, very, very good service employees were above and beyond my expectations. They helped me out from beginning to end trying to get financing for my vehicle regardless they worked their butts off for me for a couple hours soon as I get the money I’m going right back there now tell everybody I know that this is the place you wanna go way cheaper than Pep Boys. I’m glad I went there.
