The lady running the store either suffers from a severe anxiety disorder or smokes crack. I have no other explanations excusing her yelling at my wife -- "Get out of my store!" -- after we checked out a pack of Advil and a bottle of wine. Looking at the abundance of 1-star reviews here, I am not surprised at all. Wondering what's wrong with Southern California; you'd rarely, if ever, expect such mood swings from a late night store attendant in the Northern.

Had locked my keys and phone in the car while pumping gas. I asked if I could use the phone and the employee said he can't let me use the phone. I said but I locked my phone in the car as well. I said but I'm going to be stuck here. How am I going to move my car. The employee said. well my manager can call a tow in 2hrs to get it removed.I live no where in rancho and would have been standard there. I had to go to castle liquor store that was up a block from the gas station. It took an hour to call AAA. I went back to the 76 and I said to the employee I was able to call triple AAA They'll be her in 45min. And the employee said with a smile "sure thing boss"I'm never doing business ever again with 76. Or any of their establishmentsHe was a tall pale skin older gentleman with glasses and I hope they read this. I've never been treat so lowly b4. I paid $60 in for gas and they were going to have my car towed away. Very poor customer service.

Your motto is "We're on the driver's side" but this station is not. No Restroom!!! After two hours in a traffic jam on the 210, of course I need a restroom.

Very convenient but I only stop there to get gas if nobody is there. It’s a small parking lot with two small islands with gas pumps. I give it a 3 because of the lack of space.
