Mark needs to be a little more pleasant and needs better customer service skills. Walked in he just looked at me, I said hello, he said hello back. He rang iPhone my items, 2 Dr peppers, bag of chips, beef jerky and small box, rang my items up I entered my rewards he didn't tell me total. I paid and he just looked at me !!!! I said " umm can I have a bag?" He gave me a bag and put the items in it and scooted the bag over to me, didn't offer receipt and I didn't want to ask to make him mad! Not customer service friendly at all! I don't think I'll come back this late during his shift! Very rude!

Took me two months and filing a bank dispute to finally get refunded for a $52 transaction that someone at this station obviously manipulated. If they ever run a refund to your credit or debit card for some reason, be prepared to file a bank dispute to get your money back. The general manager (Chris) and assistant manager (Jill) were zero help at all in resolving what was clearly an error on this location's part. Neither even so much as apologized for the inconvenience that was caused. Won't ever be stepping foot back into this gas station again.

It's no wonder this location has a 2 star score. My daughter was assaulted by a customer while attempting to place air in her tires. The woman placed hands on my daughter while trying to GRAB the air hose from my daughter while she was using it. What would posses a person to not wait for their turn? I'm still in disbelief as I'm typing this. Instead of the store personnel assisting to deescalate the situation they proceeded to help the customer who assaulted my daughter. My daughter called me In distress to the point I was about to call the police had the woman not left. Then when I called to file a complaint with the store the person who answered blatantly lied claiming she was unaware of the incident and had just started her shift. When in fact it was her and another personnel who had assisted the other woman. I will be escalating this complaint to management as this practice is unsafe for others. Assisting in assault in any way is not acceptable. The lack of concern over my daughters safety is alarming to say the least. Avoid this location if possible.

Pretty lame the pump cuts you off at $75 when gas can sometimes be almost $5.50 a gallon. Come on, Unless you drive a tiny little Prius that will only give you a little over 1/2 a tank. I hope the shell management at this location can adjust this. It's very inconvenient. When I went in to ask why the cashier was pretty rude about it too.

so I went in a lil buzz looking for some drink and luckily I found my drink and got a swisher and yes I was a little f***** up but it looked like the cashier guy I think his name was Jonathon is what I saw in his name tag . he try to rip me off with my change little did he know I was on my 10 toes even if I was a little fucvked up . so I suggest you to get good a** worker cus . ur worker Jonathon try to rip off drunk ppl ... lord knew if I was really drunk and dint realize he would took my 15 $ f*** you . and I hope u don't hire worker like that any more!!!!! get it together !!!!!!!!!

Awesome. Listened to complaints about the ID thing (which was annoying), I'm pretty sure the poor employees were tired of dealing with angry customers about the vertical ID policy. Guy in the morning 6/5/2020 is awesome, forgot his name. The plant called Amanda was real cute too.
