They allow dogs here thankfully. Good place to buy quick snacks and drinks, service is especially working greatly.

I'm 99 percent of the time Respectful, but not today. The short fat Hispanic lady who calls herself the Manager but refused to give me her name, is clearly not qualified to be a manager. I decided to get a car wash at this 7-Eleven/Shell gas station because I had just left the Valvoline next door from getting an oil change. I go to the drive through, select my Wash (Gold), then a pay and try to print my receipt (machine says see cashier for receipt). I proceed to drive into the car wash. The cycles are going my car is being washed, and then rinsed, and then the light turns green for me to move forward so that my car can go through the DRYER. Problem is the DRYER NEVER TURNS ON. I wait, I see the timer ticking down, I drive forward slowly, NOTHING. So I drive around and park in the front and go inside to inform the short fat Hispanic lady that calls herself the manager what happened. I was respectful, I was clear in my explanation, and I showed her that my car was still completely WET AND DRIPPING. She responded with "well if your car got washed that's all you get, that's it". I told her I either need the dryer to work or a refund because the wash I paid for includes a "TURBO DRY". Story already long so I'll end it by saying that I ended up having to call one of the phone numbers I saw posted behind the register that said "Emergency Contact List" which resulted in her Boss calling her, her fat ass reviewing the cameras, and running me through the car wash again which of course this time the dryer worked.

The atm inside STOLE $100 from me. The merchant inside was no help. The customer number on the outside of the atm was automated voice message system said they can’t replace the money that the machine STEALS from you.

Went in the redeem my rewards and they have a spicy chicken sandwich and they didn't want to give it to me!!! Both clerks were rude about the whole thing. Now I gotta go else where for my SCS

This place accused my 14 year old of stealing when I confronted the manager told me she didn’t do it the cámara people did I ask to speak to whom ever thought my child stole from they said they don’t know who it is. What kind of store is this? Be aware people !

Didn't have the monster in the flavor I wanted and the clerk guy was being super rude and did not want to check the back ! I was super upset because now I had to drive to another place to get what I needed !!!

The purpose of a 7eleven is they are open all the time , rarely do they close yet this particular one closed at 8pm and their employees are in grey sweats and a white tee not very professional at all !

Make sure you check your receipts real close, they always charge more than what is listed, I don’t know how the owners are not in jail, absolute thieves

The only 7 eleven that closes at 8pm on a Saturday night , employees are in sweats and saying they are closed . Never heard of a 7 eleven being closed @ 8pm

My family of 8 people stopped by 3 am in desperate to use their restroom. The gentleman working was so enthusiastic and friendly. His warm welcoming energy is the best birthday gift for me that morning

used to be a nice go to gas station . my last visit the employee was outside when we arrived and was on his phone the whole entire time .I asked if there was another worker there and he seemed to be upset with question and gave me a whiny "I dont know " reply as if i was bothering him because he was on his cell phone . How do people work retail while on the phone. That was pretty crazy; So i give 2 starts for lack of professionalism.
