I went through a major kitchen leak/insurance claim, which resulted in a full kitchen remodel. Waiting on insurance was a nightmare and I had been living without a functioning kitchen for months. Gina with ZMC was incredible to work with. She was efficient, always available to answer any questions, and helped me build back my dream kitchen! I seriously would not have been able to have the turn around time without her! She was very patient with me, as it was my first time designing a room in my home from the ground up! I loved the way my kitchen turned out. Ask for Gina with ZMC kitchen and bath!

I don’t know how I got so fortunate to meet Gina at ZMC, but I am so grateful for her. I first started ordering kitchen cabinets from her in 2017, since then have done several projects. Gina knows the design software very well and somehow she memorizes what their warehouse has in stock. It’s amazing to find this level of talent anywhere.
I think I have been hesitant to write a review because selfishly don’t want to let the secret out.
Gina just has a servant’s heart and she really cares about people. I recently came to her with a project; we were remodeling a kitchen for a man who had just had a stroke and needed everything ADA accessible. She dove into the project and found solutions for every problem, including budget. I cannot say enough good things about Gina or ZMC.

I thought for weeks before finally deciding to write this review; my purpose is not to harm ZMC, but to make sure that consumers are very careful about making a decision to do business with them.
I had worked with ZMC several years before, while I was working at a construction company. A client had, against his contractor's advice, chosen ZMC cabinets. ZMC was difficult to work with and there were multiple issues with quality, but he price was low enough for this client to both expect and justify the workmanship and quality issues.
When it came time to remodel my own kitchen, I went to several other cabinet makers before deciding to get a bid from ZMC. Gina was so friendly and - I thought - helpful, and ZMC did carry the door style I really like - a slim shaker. It's not solid wood or anything fancy, and there were some quality issues even in the vignettes in the showroom, but I was willing to take a chance; the initial estimate Gina worked up for me was approximately $14,000, which I thought was very reasonable. I worked with Gina for approximately two months, measuring and re-measuring, deciding between oak and black walnut, making minor changes, when I was finally ready to place my order. At this point, the estimate was closer to $17,000, but I was still happy because I was getting almost everything I wanted. I went to ZMC ready to make the purchase.
When I got there, Gina's computer was not working, so she said that she'd get in touch with me once it was again operational so I could place the order. Over a week went by before I finally heard from Gina; she called to tell me that she had bad news. Apparently the entire time she had been providing quotes - three of them over the span of two months - she had been using an incorrect product code for painted doors instead of the wood doors. This increased the price from the 17k range to over $29,000 - a gigantic increase that rendered the cabinets unaffordable for me. When I asked what she could do to help me with this, Gina suggested that I eliminate the trash insert, and that I would get 10% off if my contractor paid for the cabinets (which is a standard discount offered to all customers).
She then became quite rude and defensive, reminding me that the previous prices she gave me were "only estimates," not offering any sort of apology, and certainly not offering to meet in the middle, or give me any sort of discount to help make it possible for me to order the cabinets we had been working on for two months. There could have been multiple creative solutions she could have suggested (throwing in a few cabinets for my laundry room, using a mix of painted and wood, throwing in some flooring...so many things she could have offered to save the sale and make me feel a little less scr*wed). She had zero interest in making up for two months of wasted time and effort she caused, nor did she care about retaining my business. Not one bit. Not a single solution was offered.
ZMC wasted my time and put me months behind on my project with their carelessness and disinterest. I do have all of the correspondence and estimates as back up and am happy to share them.

We're in need of a lot of cabinets with building a new custom home. We shopped around and wish that we knew about ZMC sooner. Gina has been amazing to work with. She's knowledgable, patient and great at what she does. She's been able to help us put together all of our designs, answer many questions and come in at a great price as well. Their showroom has plenty cabinet examples to see in person and quality seems great as well. We are excited to get our cabinets in!!

" we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". Normally you see this type of sign at a convenient store, but there it was when I walked in. My wife and I visited there a couple of times trying to get the right configuration for our kitchen design and the staff delivered very poor customer service. There was a young lady and an older lady, and neither one of them looked like they wanted to be there and couldn't care less what we were trying to accomplish. I got the impression that businesses like this thrive on referrals from contractors and not the customer experience. I would definitely not recommend.

I had to remodel part of my kitchen and was very lucky to meet Kevin at ZMC Cabinetry. I brought with me the dimensions of the space I was planning to remodel, and Kevin helped me select the cabinets and provided me with a print out of a 3d model. The cabinets were ready within a week, and I am quite impressed by their quality. The fronts of the cabinets are in solid wood, the rest is in high quality plywood, the manufacture is top quality, and the price of the cabinets is affordable. I found Kevin to be very knowledgeable, and I appreciated his expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend ZMC Cabinetry.

This is the first time we have gone through such a major upgrade as we are in our kitchen. Entirely new kitchen upgrade! We looked at a ton of cabinets at all of the big box stores and pther places. One Saturday, we were with our daughter at Bedrosians on Sunrise Blvd when we saw some beautiful cabinets with drawers. I asked if they sold cabinets and they said No - we got these at ZMC directly behind us. My daughter and wife finished their business and I went to ZMC. - I was amazed at all of the great looking cabinets they had so I asked my daughter and wife to come check them out too! We were impressed with the styles and quality. We sat down and started talking with Mui who I have to say, is incredible. I sent her some measurements and she developed some great diagrams and renditions of how they would apppear. We made a few changes to our existing plan and ordered them from Mui. She said they would be ready in 2 weeks and they were! We picked everything up and the loading staff was great. The prices we VERY fair and I will recommend anyone go there and check them out. I cannot say enough good things about Mui - she is patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. One thing about ZMC is they are not pushy - I really like that about them. I could not be happier that I went there to check them out.

Did a Yelp review and realized I didn't do one on Google a few years ago. This was hands down the best bang for your buck you will ever find as far as cabinets go. We got our kitchen done for around 7,000 last with higher materials in the quality is great. We have had the cabinets for 3 years now and have held up great. Can't recommend this place enough. Super helpful as well

Mui is incredible at her job and has been a pleasure to work with!! My husband and I came in with measurements of our kitchen we wanted redone and she showed us around and helped us pick out finishes and cabinet style! She got an estimate and measurements out to us that same day and has been super helpful with any questions we have! We just ordered all of our cabinets within the same week and they have them all in stock! Pricing is very reasonable and no long way it times!! Can't wait to see the cabinets in person but just wanted to thank Mui for being so helpful

We had a complicated kitchen layout but Hazel worked patiently and carefully on every little detail. She made sure that our design incorporated all the elements that we wanted. With her quiet, attentive manner, she made sure that the cabinets would be a perfect fit. She calculated all details down to the last millimeter. Three days after we placed the order, she texted that the cabinets were assembled and ready to be picked up. Likewise, the staff at the loading dock were very helpful. Alex made sure that we got every single little item and helped us load. Overall, we had a great experience with ZMC!
