I was scammed from an employee at this store. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE. I didn’t get her name but the young black girl with the nose septum piercing is a scammer and should be fired. On top of my $40 interned bill she charged me for xfinity tv and a land phone line. I told her I just wanted the interned but she insisted that I wouldn’t be able to get the price I wanted for the internet unless I paid for the tv and phone line for two months without cancelling. I now know she scammed me into paying $90 each month, and she requested me to not cancel the plan until after 2 month so she should collect commission from our transaction. The xfinity agent I spoke to on the phone when I finally cancelled the unwanted items on my bill was just as confused as I was and told me to leave a review stating what that scammer had done. Management at the store is equally to blame because she was likely told to use this sales strategy on young college students to maximize their profits and commission. The people at this store are human garbage and karma will give them what they deserve.

This review is based mostly on customer service rather than product performance, and on recent customer service problems, not how it used to be in previous visits. I needed a new phone and ordered one off the Internet since they only have expensive phones at the store (not a coincidence). I took it in to this store to have them transfer service from the old phone to the new. Although we got helped quickly the guy helping us took forever getting the SIM card in, at one point going in the back room to ask another employee how to do it. Then he comes back, gets us started on the process, then leaves and goes to the back room again. We sat there waiting for 15 - 20 minutes wondering what was going on. At one point we asked a second employee for help and she said she'd go check on him but she never did, so she lied. Finally I ask a third employee what was going on and she finally goes back into the back room, comes out and says the first employee thought we were done with him and everything was taken care of. We told her no, he abandoned us in the middle of the process without explanation. After all this you'd think he'd come out now and help us, now that he knows we're still out there, but no he doesn't. Probably figures he's not making commission on this so he'd not waste his time. The third employee was nice enough to help us finish our transferring phone services even though she was juggling that with helping her original customers. All while the first employee stayed in the back and the second employee who lied just sat there. The third employee is the only reason I don't give this place less stars and despite my coming to this store in the past, I won't be in the future and I recommend you don't either.

Came it to purchase a new phone. The employee who helpedme couldn't even tell me my total (it was a pay over time purchase) or what my monthly payment would be and honestly seemed annoyed I even came in. When asked to review the purchase to confirm, the phone protection plan was added to my purchase without my consent. I notified him and asked for it to be removed and he told me he couldn't do that and I would have to do it online when I got home. It's just a scam to get their commissions/sales goals.

These people don't know how their company works. Hell I don't think anyone working at XFINITY has a clue. Talk to 4 different people and ask the same damn question and get 4 different answer's. Concept hire combatant employees that have brains that work! Just saying!

NO STARS!!! I went into the store on time for an appointment. No one greeted me. There were employees there. No other customers waiting. I waited 20 minutes. No one waited on me. The music was sooo loud I could not hear myself think I got online and made an appointment at the Citrus Heights store for an hour later. Was greeted at the door. And was immediately taken care of with courtesy and professionalism. If you are an older customer who doesn't fit the profile matching the employees stay away. You'll hate the music and probably will be invisible.

Tyler was very nice and knowledgeable. He made the transfer from Verizon to xfinity mobile smooth. And plus he was able to lower my Comcast monthly bill which I wasn't expecting when I went into the store. Everyone at that store is very nice and helpful.

Came in to pick up new equipment after setting up a new account. Was really frustrated by my phone experience in my online experience. Spoke with Tyler at the front desk who got me a better deal, than was offered online for over the phone! Very professional, very friendly, very helpful! I completely different experience I've ever had a Comcast before.

Sales rep convinced me to add my mobile phone to my internet service. It has been one of the worst decisions I've made in my life. Everything the sales rep told me about the service is incorrect

These people are so very helpful. They quickly and professionally solved the issue with my new Pixel 7.This is the second time I have been there, once to return an item and this time with an issue. Both time I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I made an appointment online and they were ready for me when I arrived. Their whole staff seem to really be a team!

I'm not great with names so I'm just going to exclude those. But one of the girls at this location was very sweet and professional.Productive/Attentive. And quick.(helped me switch out/drop off modems). Overall Comcast 3 out of 5 stars but this girl at this storefront gets five out of five for sure.

I had to go in to exchange my modem since I cut the cable cord. My bill was $270 a month!! With just internet at $80, I added a few streaming services and am still saving a ton of money. The service rep asked me about combining my mobile with the internet for added savings. He made it sound like my cell service would be just as good as it was on Verizon since they 'apparently' use VZ cell towers. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I had constant connection issues even when I was home on my wi-fi. I switched back to VZ and guess what?? Xfinity will take up to 48 hours to port your # to the new carrier. They are absurd. A greedy mega corporation with too many greedy fingers in monopoly pie.

Dalton was the most patient, attentive, informative, & supportive representative I've ever experienced. He was so helpful during the entire process and gave such a welcoming experience all throughout! We left extremely satisfied and his positive energy definitely left a mark on us.
