“Staff was courteous and professional. My tire had suffered a nail puncture and was repaired by technicians. Due to a high volume of customers, the repair time was a little longer than expected. Due to that, I was not charged for the service. I highly recommend Les Schwab for both their work ethic and service!”

Jibiri came out to put air in my tires and was very helpful and kind! I ended up coming back the next day and received the same wonderful service from another employee. Well, on the 3rd day I had them do a tire repair (because I didn't take the coverage when I rented the car lol). “These guys are the best, had a very old polished centerline rim. He told me they had a lot of trouble with it, but managed to fix the bend on the inside part of the wheel, put new tires on it today balanced almost perfect just needed one little weight. Thank you guys you’re the best!”

“Tire and Wheel Mart is a really good tire shop i got my car towed in on labor day thankfully they were open and i brought it in because of 2 flats. i didn't have any money since i just transferred offices so all of my checks were in the bay area they really helped me out by hooking me up with used tire's. their also super friendly and helpful over here i recommend this shop if you have any tire problems or car problems in general”

“Wonderful customer service! I was recommended by my property manager to get my tire fixed here as there was a screw in my tire which caused a flat. As soon as I walked in to the front office area, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized and spacious the area was. Josiah was very warm in greeting me and professional in asking what they could help me with. He was really nice and took a look at my tire and told me how it would be an easy fix. I asked how much it would cost and he said there would be no charge. That was so kind and generous! I sat in the waiting area / office area and got me some warm fresh popped popcorn and sat down at the clean tables . It was only 10 min and it was done. Josiah gave me some diagnostics they did and told me that my tire warning light on my dashboard would go away once I started driving it, which it did. I really appreciate Josiah and wonderful customer service and experience. I will definitely come back . Mahalo Josiah and team!”

“Just want to say thanks to whoever patched my tire today, my receipt had the name of Timothy as the sales person, I’m not sure if he patched the tire or another gentleman did. I was pulling into work this morning and noticed a weird sound and of course I had a big nail in my tire. “Stopped in this shop because I have been having issues with another shop whom I went to multiple times and my brakes grinding and squealing even when new pads and rotors are put on . So I came here for a solution and sure enough it was seized calibrate pins this whole time. They immediately found the problem and stayed an hour and a half after closing just to finish the job. Above and beyond in my book. They communicated well and showed me personally every thing that was wrong . Made me feel very comfortable in letting them do the work. Honest guys. They filled up my spare that morning, told me they could get my tires by that afternoon, and then quickly changed my tires when I came back. “This wasn’t my first time visiting this shop but I went in on a Friday afternoon, during a holiday weekend and 30 minutes before their store was closing expecting only need my tires filled with air. They noticed I had a nail in my tire which they offered and were able to repair same day. This shop has amazing customer service and deserves a million thank you’s! This wasn’t my first time visiting and this won’t be my last. Vaughn and his colleagues were all beyond polite and patient. Would recommend coming to this shop for sure.”
