People that work there aren’t helpful at all. Funny as they couldn’t transfer money from my paycard to my bank account and forced me to use atm and pay fees. I went to another branch and didn’t have that issue!

Excellen Bank with excellent service. I've got a customer for over 30 years. I can always get in and out quickly. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. My experience at Wells Fargo was much better than my experience at Bank of America.

The worst manager ever I see in my life so far away is the lady that Her name is Paulina. She was very rude and pushing me to make appointment which I do understand that I can walk in as well. she was really rude and not patient. I wasn't finished my talk and then she turned her head to another way to talk to somebody else. WTF. She looks ugly and unprofessional and her face look horrible with her dirty make up. The reason I went to this location because it's close to my house. Otherwise I will never come here again.

Do NOT use Wells Fargo period!! They have too many hidden fees! I stopped using them for years and next thing I know I get a letter from a collection agency, no notification what so ever! I have not had any transactions for years this is their fees! They have been in trouble by fraud in the past I should have left them a long time ago. Wells Fargo is shady and can't be trusted! If they had negative starts that's what I'd give them

Horrible business banker mangers including the senior managers! So disappointed I have accounts with them for years I went in today to open a business account the manger Estefan horrible manager he was so rude to me couldn't help me with anything showing me attitude when I asked him for help concerning my accounts telling me to call for everything customer service !! Then why was I there for if a banker cannot help me with anything wasted my time!! Plus the senior manger there when I asked her to file a complaint she tried pushing me away saying we will do it online made me feel extremely uncomfortable there!! If the seniors attitude is this way what would you expect !! I'll never ever do business with Wells Fargo again having this awful experienceThe lady manager was Paulina !! Worst one ever !! Beware !!

I was there today to check my credit score. One of the ladies told me I have to check it with credit agency, while I told her I have Wells Fargo credit card than she said okay than I have take an appointment and come later while she was sitting there and chatting with one of her colleague.

I'd give them a zero if I had the option. Customer service sucks and complaints regarding this business goes uninvestigated. Please, please do your research before doing business with them. Worst bank experience ever!

This was a horrible experience. I came in to deposit multiple deposits from my business. I had more than usual due to a change in management. I already had deposit slips filled out and had all the bills counted and faced. I was told they could help me but could only deposit a few at a time and would have to help other customers in between finishing mine. It was the manager I believe named Paulina, who made this decision. Even though I thought that was strange I agreed. After the teller deposited about 4 of mine, I stepped aside to let them get through the line. After waiting 15 minutes for the line to go down, I was told they wouldn’t be able to finish my deposits for 40 minutes. So I could either wait or come back later. There were 2 other customers in the building…..I chose to come back later as I had other things to take care of. When I came back an hour and a half later Harolyn was amazing and finished the rest of my deposits. I could see the manager glaring at me the entire time. This is an awful way to do business. 10/10 do not recommend.
