Maybe it is not you guys working at this office . The worst delivery service. They don't even have enough support. I couldn't contact them, all the time bots. Yesterday it said that it will be delivered by 7 pm but yesterday afternoon it said that they missed me. I was at home all the time. I called and asked them to deliver in the morning but everything is useless. For two days I am waiting for them and losing my time.

Horrible customer service as far as everytime I go there no matter what time of day it is there is a long wait. Not enough employees, sometimes only one person working and there is a line out of the door.

The store was empty and this guy made me wait 3-4 minutes. When the store was empty!! He was doing nothing, but intentionally having me wait. I will NEVER return to this UPS store. I was only dropping off a small Amazon return! In my opinion he was just messing around and waiting UPS wages. Doing idle things that could be done after me, the customer. I’ll tell Everyone I know DONT GO TO THIS ONE!

DO NOT GO HERE. Saw online that there was flat rate shipping option at this store with rates given online. James, obviously in a bad mood asked me what I needed. I told him I needed a flat rate shipping box that would fit the amount of items I had in a bag I brought with me. He doesn't even make eye contact he just asks for my address and the address I was sending it to. Huffing and puffing he tells me it will be $44. I told him that I thought their prices were online and he tells me that basically they are false prices online. He started to actually try to help me when I started reading things off of the website and at that point I realized he wasn't trying to help me from the get go. I thought I'd use somewhere close to home, I was wrong. Off to USPS I go. This isn't good you do good business.

Chris was awesome the store was extremely busy the other coworker not sure if it was manager or not but he seemed stressed and tense during the peak which obviously doesn't make it easy for anyone the way he spoke to Chris out loud and made comments in front of the whole customers was super inappropriate and not cool at all I had to end up walking out because I got so upset for Chris... idk what was up that guy @$s but hopefully Chris will find something else to do after the holidays no one deserves to get put down and embarrassed. If he needed a coaching moment that should be done behind closed doors instead of making a hostile environment.

This was my first time using this location and I have to say I’m very pleased. Jt was the one that helped me and she greeted me and answered all my questions efficiently. I did notice however that there was a man in the back being inconsiderately loud. Come to find out that was their manager. Not a great look for the store but with the excellent service from Jt I can’t quite complain.

This place doesn't advertise a lot of the services they have, but I found they also have a Notary service available during business hours. If they advertised it, I think a lot more would use it. My search on Yelp for a notary didn't pop this up. My only real issue with this place is that it isn't open on Sundays but that's just a gripe. They always get things taken care of pretty quickly and correctly. I've been there several dozen times over the year to ship, copy and now Notary services. Good place.
