I had an interaction with a female employee whose name begins with “B” (didn’t catch name) and I found her attitude to be extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Throughout the transaction, she displayed an abundance of attitude, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Rather than assisting me with my questions and needs in a respectful and helpful manner, she was dismissive and condescending.

Service here is awful. If you have more than an Amazon return, they don’t know how to help you. The short gray hair man maybe the owner, who knows, was so rude. I was asking him what I should do regarding my package and he kept repeating himself as if I was stupid. I kept saying yes I understand that but what do I do? He didn’t know himself, but instead showed attitude.

This location is always good at moving people through the line, patient while you are searching for your return codes, and extremely friendly. The customer service here should be emulated at every location.

You guys are amazing & good at what y'all do. Your prices are the best, customer care is the best, fastest lines, fastest shipping & tracking is always on point. You have never, not once, ever !! Never ever lost or damaged anything I had shipped out whether it was to a family member/relative or even if it was for my own self ran business I started myself & had items I had shipped out to clients/buyers/customers ... All packages arrived on time & in-tact as well... Plus your shipping prices for what i've had to send have been the best by far, hands down, across the board for sure... Employess are always kind and respectful no matter if its busy or slow. I highly recommend anyone interested in shipping out something or even getting something shipped to them to go through "The UPS Store." for sure !!! 5/5. 10/10. Satisfaction guarenteed.

If you are not going to open at 8am then change your listed hours. I arrived a few minutes after 8am and the store was closed. After waiting 20 minutes I finally gave up and went back later that day. This is the second time I arrived shortly after 8am to find the store closed stilled.

I've been disappointed on multiple occasions that they're posted opening time is 8:00am and the store is closed when I've arrived between 8:00-8:30am.

Every time I have gone to the UPS store it has been a very smooth transaction. Everyone is friendly and gets you out very quickly. I have never had any problems. I would recommend this place.
