I hired The Paver Company due to our pool deck rising up caused by multiple roots. I could not be more pleased with the result. Dan, our contact, was so professional and helpful in explaining the process, and helping me to select the pavers that would look best. When the time came for constructing the new deck, the crew that did our work was the most hard working, courteous and conscientious of anyone that has ever done work at our home….especially considering all of the roots that had to be removed. The site was cleared in one day! Amazing. The next day, they laid out the pavers and finished everything, except for a couple of hours the following day to seal the crevices between the pavers. Finally, Ryan applied a sealant to all of the pavers within one day’s time, and did a very careful, and satisfying, job. The Paver Company is first rate. We plan to enjoy the beautiful deck we now have for many years to come. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to create a new, beautiful experience for their home.

We had a great experience working with the Paver Company on building a new retaining wall for our backyard. We have an older house with some interesting yard choices made by the previous owners. Other companies came in and tried to increase the scope of the project, despite us sharing what our initial goals & budget were.
Dan came up with a very sensible proposal that met our goals, didn't try to push for extra or fancy things, and quickly gave us a quote. Wil & the crew were organized, did quality work and got the work done in the estimated time. The process was easy and the results were fantastic. We'd be happy to work with them again for our next project!

Great experience working with the Paver Company. Zeb was very helpfull in every step, from helping me to come up with ideas to keeping me up to date with where we are in the project. Zeb and the company are well organized and they did great work. The workers were polite and helpfull and the job turned out fantastic. I would recomend them and I have further plans in the future for The Paver Company to help me with.

The Paver Company did an excellent job on our front yard! From initial visit and bidding to job completion was less than a week, and the crew was super professional. Help us design the perfect look for our house, keep the costs within budget, and left the job site clean each day. Would definitely would work with them again!

One of their designers came and gave me a quote for backyard paving, estimating 10-12k. When we chatted the subsequent time to finalize things, he increased the price to over 14k. The justification given was that the initial estimate hadn't taken into account the retaining wall that had been discussed...because yeah, an initial quote that accounts only for partial service makes a lot of sense...Disappointing and unprofessional when people play bait-and-switch games like this to try to get your business.
The company later reached out trying to gain my trust and business again to get my negative review removed. They weren’t helpful though, and in fact, disrespectful. The owner, Steve, didn’t even own up to their mistake and blamed me. Long story short, this company caused me stress and suffering and wasted my time...It's not often you have an experience this negative with a business.
Edit: They didn’t work with integrity initially, so their response, and the fabrication in it, doesn’t come as a surprise. They seem to be doing whatever it takes to save face.
As can be seen in their response to some other negative reviews left by customers here and on their Yelp pages, they’ll blame the customer and even try to discredit the review by saying it seems to be misplaced and was meant for another company, as they’ve done for mine. And yet they have a story to share of what transpired?…what clowns…I’m exiting this conversation as I can’t go back and forth at this low level.

I am thrilled with my new paver patios and walks installed by The Paver Company. Dan helped translate my designer's plan into something beautiful that fit my budget and addressed site prep, drainage and irrigation. Jeremy, the project manager, went over all the details with me on Day 1 and answered all my questions. Jose and his top-notch crew showed up early, stayed late and worked like crazy. Incredibly, they transformed my backyard in just two days ... and then cleaned up everywhere to perfection. I recommend The Paver Company wholeheartedly!

Will and the Paver Company team were fantastic. In particular, Will consistently demonstrated prompt and thorough communication - checking in with us periodically to let us know that he hadn't forgotten us. Additionally, once the project started he responded rapidly to any concerns or questions. We paved in the front part of our yard at the end of our remodel - Will worked with us to solve any of the small problems that routinely crop up with integrating his work and our remodel. The net result is a very satisfied customer - Great job Paver Company!!

TLDR: They are very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, organized, and friendly. Will call them again for future projects.
I was initially in contact with Marty, and our project manager was David. On our first meeting we explained that we wanted the entire front yard replaced with new concrete. David was very good at listening and explaining every single step that was going to be done for that project. He communicates clearly & explained pros and cons of certain options we could pursue. We opted out of installing a retaining wall and he even gave me diy instructions/advice if i wanted to install a wall myself for cheaper, or even what would happen if we moved forward without a wall. Ultimately I decided to go with pavers over concrete for a slightly higher final price for better longevity, better appearance, and their long term warranty (which wasn't offered for concrete). On the last meeting day David reviewed all the work they did, went over do's & don'ts to maintain the pavers, and other future work regarding the warranty.
The overall process was very confidence inspiring as a first time client, as they update you on every single step along the way. Thanks Dave & Marty!

The Paver Company did an excellent job installing pavers, a lawn, and plants in our small backyard. Marty, David, and Eddie were very easy to work with. They made us feel confident that they would deliver what was promised, and more. In the beginning of the project we realized we overlooked a key element of our design, and David was more than willing to make changes to the plan to accommodate our needs. They communicate well, show up on time, and completed the project in record time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone because of their professionalism, which is really hard to find in this industry. Plus you can't beat their 25 year warranty!

The Project:We had decided to replace an aging, rotting deck with a paver patio. We started our project searching for a paving company that would give us both good design ideas and competant workmanship. We really didn’t know what we wanted when we started the project; we just knew it had to fit with the rest of the house and yard. We found all of this in The Paver Company, and we ended up with a beautiful, functional patio that complements our old Dutch Colonial home.The Design:Some of the companies we talked with wanted to tell us what we wanted, measure the project, and give us a quote. Tony, our Paver Company designer (he actually wore many hats during the process), talked with us about what we wanted, explained how different things could be done, and suggested ideas that fit with what we were saying. He helped with texture choices and colors. He talked us through retaining walls and borders. He talked about steps and here they would/could go. It was fun to watch him process the conversation, figuring out how things would work as we went along. In the end Tony came up with a wonderful design that did pretty much what we wanted. With a tweak here and there, we had the perfect design.The Building Process:On the agreed upon day the paver crew showed up. I was amazed at the organization they displayed. Everyone knew exactly what their job was — it was a true team effort in the best sense of that phrase. Jose, the team leader, had worked with most of these guys for years, and it showed. Each knew exactly the work they needed to do at each step of the process; each did excellent work. Every one of them would stop and answer any question I had. I watched with amazement as the patio began to emerge from the site of the rotted deck. They worked and worked. As the day grew longer I was wondering if they had stopped for lunch (no) and when they were going to stop for the day (when it got dark enough to hinder work). By the end of the first day, the patio was layed.The next morning they were back to finish the job — adjust this, fill that, add the sand. There was more to do the seond day than I had realized. They worked most of the day with the same organization and precision they had displayed the day before. After working harder than I had seen a crew work in a very long time, they ended the day laughing, joking, and tossing quarters in the street in front of our house. Great bunch of guys.Nothing Is Perfect Until It Is:After living with the new patio for a couple of days we started to regret one thing that had not really entered our mind - a step that felt too narrow. We thought we would have to live with the narrow step — patio steps are just steps, right? We mentioned this to Tony. His response was, “Oh, we can fix that. I’ll let Jeremy (the Project Manager) know.” Jeremy was there the next day, looked things over and agreed with our concern about the narrow step. In our discussion we also added two feet onto one edge of the patio across from the soon to be wider step. Not a problem. Two days later a smaller crew was back to tear off some of the new patio, widen the step, and add two feet to the edge. Now it is perfect.In The End:We have a beautiful patio that complements the yard and the house, gives us lots of usable space, and serves to integrate all the elements of our back yard. We are so very pleased with The Paver Company, especially the careful and excellent work of Tony, Jeremy, and Jose and his wonderful crew. We can easily recommend The Paver Company to anyone looking to make their home a bit more special.
