Technique Gymnastics has been the cornerstone of my successful over 10-year gymnastics journey. Under the guidance of exceptional coaches like Lisa, Rick, Tara, and Mark, I honed my skills to become a top gymnast in the Junior Olympics and concluded my career as a level 9 gymnast. I was awarded ‘Tiger of the Year’ by my coaches for my undefeated season on the balance beam. I placed 2nd place All-around for the state of California, and 4th place All-around in the Region. The personalized training and supportive environment at Technique Gymnastics played a pivotal role in shaping my achievements and fostering a love for the sport that will last a lifetime.

My 9 year old daughter took a beginning tumbling class here. We trialed a couple of places, and she loved Technique the most! She said she was challenged the most on her first day. The facility is clearly very clean, the equipment is in great condition, and the place runs like a well-oiled machine. They have clear guidelines for dress and safety. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and great with kids - my daughter loved her teacher and even enjoyed the sub she had. She's a shy kiddo, so to hear this kind of feedback about coaches, is really wonderful! She learned a lot in her few months here - far more than she did in a whole year of gymnastics at another local place. We have to pause for now due to scheduling conflicts, but will be back for sure! As a parent, I sincerely appreciated the responsive and super kind front office staff! They were wonderfully helpful with a billing issue I had! I would highly recommend Technique!

Just signed up for a class here and we have been having fun. Definitely worth looking into. Sometimes there is a wait list, but its great exercise and helps with balance and motorskills for any child.

Our experience has been amazing! My 8 year old is very timid and reluctant to try new things. We must of hit the jackpot because we got a fill in teacher on our first class - Charles! And he was so welcoming, the kids all just loved him and he made my daughter feel welcomed and made her smile and laugh instantly. But what really impressed me even more is he really engages with each child and kept them on task and focusing on their technique and form. Not easy to do with a bunch of giggling 6-8 year old girls. Thank you Charles. You are an amazing teacher!

Wonderful place! My 4 year old has a great empathic teacher, and the facility and exercises are superior to other programs we have tried. We're very happy with it, and so is he.

It's a gym that cares about kids first and foremost! It's a great place to develop new skills and enjoy new experiences in a large energetic environment. If you have more than one child, it's very convenient. You could have children taking kinder classes, ninja classes, gymnastics classes, or trampoline classes at the same time.The gym also is home to several competitive teams: Boys & Girls gymnastics teams, Acro, and T & T.

My daughter and i came to this gymFor the first time this month. We felt very unwelcome. The parents of the students at this gym are terrible. I’m not sure if something had happened that put the vibe of the gym in a funk but everyone seemed very into themselves. It was not at all friendly to newcomers at all. Perhaps it’s better on a different day.

My daughter absolutely loves this place, and for a good reason - there are many different classes and activities to choose from, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and great with kids.One of the things I love about the Technique Kids Activity Center is the variety of classes they offer. Whether your child is interested in trampoline, gymnastics, ninja, or something else, there's sure to be a perfect class. And because they offer classes for kids of all ages and skill levels, you can feel confident that your child will be able to find something that challenges and engages them.Another thing that makes the Technique Kids Activity Center stand out is its summer camp program. It's an excellent way for kids to stay active and socialize with other kids during the summer months, and the camp activities are always fun and age-appropriate. Plus, the staff are incredibly attentive, ensuring all campers feel included and engaged.Overall, I can't recommend the Technique Kids Activity Center enough. Whether you're looking for a fun after-school activity or a summer camp program that will keep your kids entertained, this is the place to be. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and professional, and most importantly, my daughter always comes home happy and excited about what she's learned. I’ve been taking my granddaughter to gymnastics lessons at another facility for nine months and after only one lesson, I can honestly tell she’s actually being taught where she wasn’t at the last place. Marissa took time to go through the positions of her feet and arms in order to achieve the results she hoped for, that of a gymnast instead of just letting the kids go through the motions w no corrections. She also did it w kindness and compassion so there were no tears and feelings of failure, an huge change. It was a joy to see her progress and I’m so glad we switched even w the extra miles, it’s so worth it. switched and we’ll never return to the other place.

Great place for kids interested in gymnastics. The practice area is huge with a lot of equipment. However the classes are usually packed and the number of kids to the coach ratio could definitely be improved to give quality training.

I Came here to learn gymnastics the coaches were so nice and top of the line service! I advanced so much in only a few classes and have been going there for years!
