In this day and age, it’s hard to find good customer service, but that was not the case with Swim Fitness. They were by my side during the whole purchase, installation and set up. In a word, outstanding! I love my new spa and looking forward to getting back in shape the fun way.

We got a very good deal to buy H2X swim spa at Swim Fitness. Also, the transaction and delivery went smoothly with Joe’s helps.Today, I needed service for the spa, he replied and got it done immediately.We love the spa. We appreciate the 5 stars outstanding services.Highly recommend Swim Fitness.

As someone who mainly does reviews to warn people of when to stay away from businesses I can gladly say that Joe and Nick are awesome.Couldn’t have hoped for a better pair of guys to deal with.Joe was the first person we met from Swim Fitness. After all the people we had spoken too when SwimSpa hunting he gave us the best feeling from a knowledge and trust perspective.He was willing to answer questions even when we were still shopping around and at a competitors location.He was one of the only people who was super inviting to let our kids try a swim spa in his showroom before we bought.Delivery and setup was advised before hand and was done as expected.Nick came out after delivery and setup to take us through a run through of the purchase. While I was initially concerned because of how much we liked Joe (we didn’t want to deal with the possibility of someone else not being as friendly and knowledgeable) Nick immediately put those concerns to rest….he was equally as nice and knowledgeable as Joe.All the follow up questions I have had since install have been answered as quickly as they were when I was still in the buying phase.Joe and Nick are the dynamic duo of Swim Spas. Do business here, it’s worth the drive even if you’re out of the area.

This is the place to go if you want to buy a swim spa! Joe Stone is literally my hero. His owner operated, hands on, and extremely knowledgeable staff - demonstrated personable expertise and assistance above and beyond expectation. Their support and suggestions renewed my belief in good ole' fashioned customer service. The Michael Phelps Swim Spa is top of the line product, and so is SWIM FITNESS!

My family and I purchased a hot tub from another source but it came with an old falling apart cover that dropped debris into the water. Joe at Swim Fitness helped us to purchase a new cover - he allowed us to pick the color we liked, it delivered timely and safely and we are very pleased. The service technician Nick was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - he even answered some questions about the hot tub, even though it wasn’t purchased or under service warranty from Swim Fitness. The cover I s sturdy and easy to move - even my 10 year old can lift and move it - and it keeps our water clean and protected.

Nick came to our home for a service call. He showed up promptly and was wearing an appropriate Covid mask. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the issues we have been having and how to solve them. Joe, the owner of Swim Fitness, has been most helpful in answering a few questions over the six months we have owned our Michael Phelps spa. It’s great to have a dealer who is so service focused.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Swim Fitness. With everything closed my family wanted a swim spa so we could workout at home. Everything seems to be on back order, but Joe from Swim Fitness worked extremely hard to get everything we wanted and pushed for things to come in a timely manner. He also kept exceptional communication with us through the entire process. It was a very big purchase and decision for me and my family, but all the employees from Swim Fitness made it an enjoyable and pleasant purchase! Very happy with my experience and definitely recommend Swim Fitness to anyone looking for a swim spa!

Joe is absolutely amazing! No pressure and always available for my questions. I even called after delivery twice and he helped me through some questions and sent someone out to assist me with the settings. His delivery crew were very professional and friendly as well. I highly recommend Swim Fitness in Rancho Cordova for your spa needs!

Poor service and lack of expertise when neededAfter a very long delay with order fulfillment due to COVID, our family was very excited to get our swim spa in and ready to use.We spent over 30k with Joe Stone and Swim Fitness, with the expectation that he would guide us through the install and proper filling with his 20 years of expertise. We are greatly disappointed with whom we’ve spent our money.Upon the initial sale we were told that he would instal the swim spa as long as we provided a forklift. Five months later he demanded that we provide three men to help him install the unit while he only provided one. During install, our men worked very hard to shimmy the swim spa into place while his helper stood by on his phone. More so, he refused to wear a mask around our workers when we are handling very sensitive and severe immunocompromised people on the property. If that was not unprofessional enough, every other word around his mouth was yelling a curse word or three at his inability to install the swim spa, with children around. He also left ALL the trash and rubbish from the install strewn across our yard.We wish it had ended there.Joe Stone provided no expertise on the actual Swim Spa and water treatment. Upon further examination to the paperwork left with us on the day of the install, fine print reads that a filter is recommended for filling the spa to obtain proper water levels. This was never mentioned, and Joe was aware that we are drawing water from a well. When we texted the photos of green water and sediments after our first water treatment, he mentioned only then that we should not add multiple chemicals at one time and recommended that we take our water to another business to be tested. These recommendations were needed prior to filling. Now we wait another week or two to figure out water levels and balance them. We are hoping we wont have to drain and start over and waste so much water, but that is his most recent suggestion.When someone makes an investment to this degree, there is an expectation of professionalism, knowledgable expertise and guidance through the process all the way through to the end. We are not happy with the service received by Joe and want other people who are considering this great investment, to consider making it with someone other than Joe Stone.
