I had a very disappointing experience at Sun Ridge Nail Spa recently. The service itself was fine, and I was planning to tip the lady who did my Grand mother's manicure and pedicure who was returning to Nepal next day. Although i cash tipped the lady. However, before I had the chance, worker named Viet at front desk asked for tips right after using my credit card. This behavior felt very pushy and unprofessional. It made me uncomfortable and tarnished what could have been a pleasant visit. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

WORST SALON EVER! The owners aren't even respectful. They have ZERO respect of your time. Ever after taking appointment, they will make you wait 30-40 minutes before they help you. They don't even check in with you, you would just be waiting even when you made an appointment. I have been a long time client and I would always ignore this but when it starts happening multiple times , you think to yourself, why even bother going? The husband wife run the place and they don't even have the courtesy to apologize for making you wait. On top of that, they over charge you however they like it. I always get a full set , and used to pay $50. Then They started charging $55 for the same damn nails and now they have started to charge $60 (NO NAIL ART). However, when you call them they will tell you it's $45+, For simple full set nails with just one color would be $45 and any more work will cost but no they will just over charge. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!

If I had the option to leave a zero star for this review I would. Today my two young daughters and I experienced a very poor experience which I hope to spare someone else. My daughters are both elementary age. Nina, who works in seat #1 quoted me an amount for the three of us which changed at the end. I reminded her of the amount she initially quoted, since it was very busy there today. She proceeded to speak directly to my daughter, I told her it would be best to address all services with the parent especially since work requested had not changed. She then proceeded to tell me that my daughter is a liar as they stood by my side. My daughter did not say a word at all. I was beyond disappointed that an employee would stoop so low and not have the natural intuition to address cost directly with the parent. Then to call her a liar when the employee was in the wrong is the epitome of poor customer service. I will never be returning there anymore as much as I like to support local businesses.

Mia, Kaitlin, Lynn, Kim, Mary, Nancy, Pum, are all amazing I have been going for 7 years now with my sister. We are always treated well and enjoy the experience. I highly recommend this business.

Been here a few times and the service is always top notch, they have true veterans work on my feet Sandy has 20 years of experience The salon and even the bathroom are really nice and so clean Definitely recommend them if you are in Rancho Cordova

I'd give it 0 if I could. Poor customer service to say the least. I was seated within 5 minutes for a fill (which I called ahead and scheduled). I ended up waiting for an hour. Not once was I given an update on time. I don't even know why I waited that long. I finally got up to leave and one of the girls said "oh you're leaving? I'm almost done". I was over it at that point. Wasted an hour of my time for nothing.

First pedicure of the season. We went on an evening and it was pretty busy so we called in prior (highly suggested) and were seated within 5 minutes of walking in. However, I sat at the pedicure chair for over 45 minutes for someone to come and do my pedicure (no one checked in on me this whole time). The person's pedicurist next to me finished and went to do a manicure for a person that came in way after me. Everything was super inefficient and felt like workers were not on a first come first serve basis. They reheated the water that my feet was submerged in 4x and my toes were raisins before anyone came and started my pedicure. Thought the pool of water was goin to overflow for a second. The quality of the pedicure was poor and rushed. They finished at a world record of 10 minutes so they can attend to other customers. Would give a 0 star rating if it was possible. A friend of mine went with me to get a manicure and she too waited for almost an hour and no one even bothered to check up on her. The lady even told her she was going to be next and lied to do some other lady's pedicure who came in 30 minutes after. She ended up leaving because waiting for an hour is inexcusable. When she was getting ready to leave, the lady said she's almost done but damage was already done. Two other customers complained and told the owner they'll just come by tomorrow and the owner told em that they'll be with them shortly but they still proceeded to wait. We've never waited this long for nails anywhere else.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. $30 for a polish change that would be $15 anywhere else. $30 for a fill maybe, but for a really crummy paint job - not worth it.

Great job and I love how they have a menu of services printed out. It's a really chill vibe with no loud reality tv, just a relaxing stream of music and water sounds. I had a pedicure by Tammy and she did a great job. I had the Special Pedicure of $40 with regular polish. There are so many colors to choose from and a super friendly vibe!

Went here one day on a whim and have Gone back ever since . it's hard to find nail salons these days with good customer service and treats you like a person . Nancy who does my pedicures is so sweet and she really takes her time ! Kim does amazing work on acrylics and and also takes her time to make sure your happy with your nails ! The gentleman who runs the salon is so warm and welcoming which I noticed from the start ! I Definitely recommend this salon to people who are in the area !

Elsie's lash expertise is truly remarkable! From her meticulous attention to detail to her warm professionalism, every aspect of the experience at her studio is top-notch. I've followed her from another establishment and she's the only one that can do the perfect cashmere classical extensions without making me look like I have caterpillars on my eyes. However, now I want to move on to lash lifts instead and she does a phenomenal job in that as well. She understands her clients' needs and preferences, providing valuable insights and delivering flawless results. She uses only the highest quality products. I have really sensitive eyes and all the product she uses never irritates my eyes The studio is located in the back of the nail salon and when I come with my sister I get a pedicure, while I wait for her to get her lashes done by Elsie. One stop shop! I left feeling confident and radiant, receiving numerous compliments on my lashes. If you're looking for exceptional lash service, Elsie is the one to go to--trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Just got home from another mani/pedi at this facility. I was lucky to get Nancy for my pedi both times. She's incredible and genuinely sweet. This place is clean, pretty and all the people are so nice and accommodating. I arrived 45 minutes before closing and they kept me until 10 after no problem and even had another woman they were working on after me. They were all in great moods. I highly recommend this place. So happy it's in my neighborhood.

I always get my nails done at Sunridge Nail Spa. Its very convenient for being walking distance from my place and the service never disappoints. The reason for my three stars it’s because I always make sure to make appointments and they still make me wait for 30min to 1 hour!! It’s very frustrating. Last time I tried going in with no appointment since they always make me wait. Her answer was” ohh no appointment, you might have to wait a little”. Very confusing.Anyway, I will keep going there because I like the service but they definitely need to improve on the appointment/ waiting time situation and have more consideration with people’s time.
