These folks are great because they reply quickly to a request for a price, even a drawing, and even call back once in a while just to follow up. We can't always spec their stuff due to cheap Korean competition, but they really know and advocate for good quality stainless. Customer service is superb, and they usually get your stuff ready sooner than first estimated. I try to work them in, even if it costs a little more. That way I've got happy customers that come back to me.
