We came into the store and waited for a significant amount of time without a greeting. It seems that when you're an existing customer, nobody is interested in your needs. I came in there to help a friend with his phone to see if we could activate it for TMobile service. The rep kept telling me that it wasn't going to work even though I got a carrier indicator of TMobile on his phone with my sim. He seemed very arrogant and disinterested in helping us. No eye contact or courtesy. Very dismissive as well. He basically wanted us to buy a new phone or leave. I'm hoping the management cares enough to read this and will give the employees some proper training in customer service. As soon as our contract ends we are gone!

Sorry I can't rate them less than one star. Andrew the manager was especially unhelpful. Didn't help any customers despite me waiting 45 minutes for service. Also they refused to let me take a leak in their bathroom so I had to leave and come back later. If you want people who care and provide good service go someplace else.

Worst t mobile I've ever been to. no internet after recharging my Prepaid account, it was supposed to be a problem with the Sim card, they kept on being trying to say it was a problem with my phone. In the end it proved to be the Sim card that needed to be replaced and updated and it was t mobile's service that was the problem. I came to this store three times repeatedly and wasted my whole afternoon. The staff is very impatient with the service and the waiting time is very long each time, do not recommend this store.

Worst T-Mobile store. Made me wait an hour and still no one even checked me in properly. Customer service is pathethic and cannot help you well enough

The customer service here is so bad, they prioritize making a sell over everything else. I waited almost an hour just to trade in my upgrade all for them to say I can’t trade it in because I don’t have my ID and I got skipped 3 times all because they wanted to make a sell

Very disappointed in the service received today. My last visit was amazing but I spent a lot of money that time. I guess you can only get decent customer service that way. Otherwise you get an attitude and eye rolling.

So I walk in and patiently waited 25 mins to be helped. Two individuals walked in after me and none greeted, yet the last person who walked in was immediately greeted and helped first. Not once did 2/3 workers acknowledge I was waiting first. The 3rd worker came from the back to help the man after me. So I asked to make a payment Alejandro states its $5 charge for payment and then finally offers help. Your customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Basic customer Service 101; acknowledge customers AND ask your customers "how can I help you?" Or "I'll be with you in one moment," or "I'll be with you next", any of the following would be acceptable. Do not have a customer wait for 25 minutes and tell them you're gonna charge them an extra fee to make a payment. If you had inquired about my reason for coming in to begin with, I could've made a decision whether or not to stay and wait 25 minutes!!!!!! You all should be fired!!!! Hire individuals with basic customer service. ZERO stars!!!! You already have 2 stars on Yelp GET it together!!!!

I just left this store after having a snotty attitude clerk tell me that a supposed benefit on my new phone was worthless. When I purchased the phone from t mobile, they up-sold me a protection plan partly because it also provided free screen protectors. The clerk with a surly attitude told me their policy was that I had to purchase one first. I asked to see the terms in writing. He said they don't have it in writing and demanded that I show him where it said that it was free. Not free and terrible customer support.

zesty looking dude with half purple half red colored hair putting hand sanitizer on top his gloves had poor customer service we told him about our problem and he deliberately told us the promotion that we were already processed was not eligible and did not exist. we asked him to look at our account and he would not until his manager told him too. rude & unprofessional. looking at every other customer but us. kept saying we had to pay off a phone and that our promotion didn't exist when tmobile online already processed it. doesn't know what he's doing and giving false information.

Apple map hours say they open at 10 am, their official website says 10 am, well not for them they were inside with 4 employees, closed doors and when you try to go inside they say we open at 11.

Years with t mobile I love that company… but this store have a horrible person very unprofessional is really sad have a employee with discrimination,,,, my firs time going there and my last one,, that guy forgot the costumer pay there paychecks

The guy that helped me and my husband to get my daughter a phone was very helpful and straight to the point.
