“4/3/24- I am not from here and needed to send a package out. I used to shop at Stapels until it closed in my area.
I walked in and was greeted. I like to look around before asking for help. When I did not find the items I was looking for I ran into Darryl who offered me assistance.
I said yes and went over my list. Darryl took the time to show me around the store to get my shopping done. He also went over the promotions and told me about other ways to save money.
Darryl did not seem bothered with my questions and he didn't make me feel like I was a burden.
I hope management will recognize Darryl for his great customer service. If you're a local I encourage you to stop by and ask for Darryl if you need help.”

“This was my first time using this location and I have to say I’m very pleased. Jt was the one that helped me and she greeted me and answered all my questions efficiently. I did notice however that there was a man in the back being inconsiderately loud. Come to find out that was their manager. Not a great look for the store but with the excellent service from Jt I can’t quite complain.”

“I called GSO/GLS to verify shipping information on a package from a company I felt was giving me the runaround. I spoke with Belinda in tracking customer service who went out of her way to locate exactly where my package was at that moment.As promised, she called me back within 5 mins and told me that it was already on the truck and would be delivered within 45 mins.My experience with this company was Excellent, based on my interaction with this customer service agent.I'm certain that if they had a whole department of 'Belindas' the reviews for GSO/GLS-US would all be 5 star ratings.”
