WOW!!!!!!!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A SHERWIN WILLIAMS. John went above and beyond. He gave me the information that I have been searching weeks for in an instant and was so polite and professional. I don't know the what his position is with this company but if he isn't up there in ranking he should be. You WILL lose him to someone else if you don't show your appreciation for him. There are very few places that still believe in High Customer Services. Not that we do "a lot" of business with you all but you can about bet I will never go to another location as long as he is there. Thank you for hiring such an attentive and willing to help someone out employee. Thank you John for all of your help and information. Oh by the way this is at the Rancho Cordova location.

I have been using Sherwin Williams paint since 2010 at least. I have never had any issues with the paint itself, however, I recently purchased three gallons of Super Paint Flat - color Unusual Grey. I used two gallons to paint a room in my home. Each gallon would not mix properly and thus the color of the room is off and the paint does not match from first coat to second coat. Of course, the paint was mixed at Sherwin Williams and shook up, I used the paint within a few days using a stir stick and then my drill with a mixer paddle on it. NO matter how long you stir or how long you stand there mixing with a power drill, the paint would mix but then separate. I only noticed this while rolling on the paint as the paint in the paint tray would separate, so I tried to mix it as best as I could while rolling it on. I did not return the paint to the store as each top says tinted paint is non-returnable. I am very unhappy with the end product of the room. When I brought this up to the associate the other day as I picked up another two gallons of paint to paint another room, the associate apologized saying he had heard from other patrons the same thing and said it might have been a bad batch of paint and checked me out.
I am very unhappy with the quality of the paint.

While some store associates here have been less desirable to engage with, Sterling and Michael have been absolutely awesome. Both were helpful and courteous, and Sterling went above and beyond to address our needs. He kept finding ways to save money, and told us what we needed and what we didn't. He also gave us painting techniques and guidance, and some other tips/tricks to get good results. It has made our house painting journey a pleasant experience.

Don't shop here, the manager John is a very rude and unprofessional. I called for a price check, giving him my contractor's info as he's busy during the current project. The manager didn't let me get the price quote using my contractor account because he wasn't there, which is fine. So I told the manager about the 25% off coupon on the paints which he had no idea about... then told me he will look up, put me on hold then couldn't find anything and said he has no internet. After having me reading the coupon online to him, he refused to give me the price quote and accused me of doing fraud... huhh?!!! He then concluded that I need to come into the store before he can give me the price quote for that 25% discount. Are you serious ?!!!! I worked for retails in the past and this is not how you deliver customer services, especially from a manager's perspective. I won't ever come to this store and will take my business to Benjamin Moore. They know how to treat the customers right. Goodbye Sherwin Williams.

Manager was super rude and told me to do his job of calling another location for a formula because he was too busy customers. The store had only about 4 customers.

I love Sherwin Williams paint as the color and quality are 100%. The staff at this store are knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful. The store is always clean, well stocked and organized. Covid protocol is followed, making the experience safe and enjoyable.

Absolutely wonderful service! I came in in a pinch needing a gallon of exterior paint for a project at work and everyone stopped what they were doing to help me find what I needed. They even carried it out to my car for me. Thank you so much!

Don't shop here, the manager is a very rude mask enforcer. I walked in without a mask and neither employee said anything. They were mixiing/shaking my paint and I was buying brushes, masking tape and other items and they were just about to ring me up when the manager walked in and just blew up on me for not wearing a mask. I said NOTHING and just walked out. If you want me to wear a mask tell me politely. Your not my dad, I am a customer. I'll be going to Kelly Moore from here on out. They respect Constitutional Rights

Customer service suck especially the guy named Sean or John. He doesn't have skills to treat people. He acts like he's making you a favor or like I'm not paying. He's on a bad mood the Couple of times I had talk to him.

Every paint store has products to sell. Not every paint store has the service that is sometimes necessary to get a job done on time. I was helped by the sales staff and the manager during a busy day and left with everything I needed. Thank you
