They fired John for an error and refuse to accept his repayment! We have generously contributed and SHELL won't accept. Avoid all Shell stations in the future, give John his job back.

One of the nastiest Shell location there is in NorCal (Sacramento) area. The staff isn’t friendly and never answers calls. Poor customer service and dirty filthy gas station.

I have report the owner of this 7/11 to immigration for hiring people that are illegal immigrants and paying them under the table. Please don't support any 7/11 for hiring undocumented people. I have tried to contact the store server all times phone keeps ringing and goes to fax machine. I have messaged them on the 7/11 site but still no response. This is illegal. People here need jobs and just because of owners of 7/11 we regular can't get a job.

I don't really like to give negative feedback, but this is probably the worst 7 Eleven with a gas station (Shell). I think I have to write this feedback because I have been forced to come to this gas station only out of sheer necessity and never due to my own will. I have gone to this station out of necessity for several years (6 now). Every encounter I have is confusing and each time, I feel like I am being a burden. Today, I was simply trying to get gas and have my car washed. Yet, somehow rather than paying at the station, I had to go inside pay gas and buy the wash. It took 4-5 tries with my rewards and card for the cashier to process my purchase. There may be user error on my part, but I rarely encounter this situation with any other gas station. I really hope that management or 7 eleven,as a company, looks at customer service Here. It would also be nice to maybe update how payments are processed here; as I have recurrent issues. It is truly a convenient location, but the service could use a little but of TLC

This location needs an overhaul. Morning crew is shady at best. There are 2 other 7-11s within a mile of this store. The other 2 locations will always have fresh hot coffee and cold creamer in the mornings and won't overcharge you.

0 stars. First pump i went to was out of order. Second wouldnt accept either of my two credit cards and barely accepted my debit. Then when i went to pump the damn pump was broken. So i waisted like 15min, didnt get any damn gas and had to leave.

I just stopped in the Shell station really quick for a Gatorade. Typical gas station experience I was in and out in minutes and back on the road.
