The car wash had a glitch So the first time it didn't wash my car at all and the second time it didn't rinse it and dry it The first time a lady came out and told me exactly what to do so I didwent through a second time and I did exactly what she said. It didn't get washed and then the manager came out and started yelling at me that it was my problem and that cars go through all the time and she started giving me personality issues when her machine wasn't working properly on my car somebody needs to tell her to get anger management issues I mean if there's a video somebody should watch it

I was waiting for a person to bring me my card So I could have enough gas to get home.. I would have waited 2 hours. However. Brandi, who was working at 7 PM on Sunday night, was outside making the place look more Tidy, took it upon herself to ask if I was OK. I told her my story and she offered the $5 tip that a customer had given her earlier, so that I could make it home without waiting. It is this kind of service that will keep me coming back to this specific shell station 7 miles from my home! WAY TO GO BRANDI!!

Door is locked. Posted sign on the door stating "will be back in 10 min". No clerk in sight. Unable to get receipt. Waiting more than 30 minutes for the clerk on a Friday evening at 6 pm.

The owners of this Shell should be ashamed of themselves. Manager made an honest mistake and you guys fired him but still want him to repay what you guys lost? I don't think that's even legal? It's not like he stole the gas and gave it away. Bunch of low life scums, probably the same kind of scum that was selling $5 per paper mask at the height of the pandemic. These losers don't care, they only care about one thing... money. Maybe this is KARMA collecting on your dirty a*** It's payback for treating people like s*** and acting like you're better than them. LMAO! The best thing to all this is that you guys can't sue or come after him for any amount... freaking clowns!

Give that manager his job back and I'll change my review to five stars. He doesn't deserve to be fired, especially after raising back the money that you have insurance for anyways. Don't sue him either, it was a mistake. Do the right thing SHELL owner or I will not be putting gas at shell anymore.

I don't know if they have some sort of scam going on but I went there today and my debit card kept declining at the register. I knew I had the money in my account but I pulled up the app to make sure my card wasn't locked. The cashier said I might have to use the ATM several times because they couldn't suspend the transaction to try it on the other register. I went to the ATM and withdrew the money and was charged $3 and I will also be charged by my bank. Sure is funny how the transaction couldn't be suspended and my money came out immediately through the ATM.

I wanted to make a non-cash transaction but a hand written note on the window said that they where not taking cards. I had to borrow cash from a friend. Two rather clean young women hipsters with quality bicycles asked if we had a pipe and said they had drugs. We did not have a pipe. The person working from behind the window was friendly and efficient. He made the disappointment and inconvenience of not being able to use my form of payment less negative.

Always taking very long I'm guessing lunch breaks that closes the whole station down. This was an issue before changing to Speedway and back to shell. Also now there is no sanitatizing machines by pumps and gloves are not an option either now since the change of ownership. I like to protect my hands from Covid germs and other germs touching gas pumps etc.
