Worst company ever! Half hour hold times always, when you finally get a live person they are so rude. Company sends out the wrong supplies and then charges you for them and you have to wait on hold for long times with several people to get it resolved. They are inefficient and lay the burden of care on the customer. No customer 'service' here. I am urging my insurance company to stop using them.

They only had to down talk me like they did! I Do Not care how they get paid, THEY STILL GET PAID for us 2nd class people! I instantly started by calling my insurance and asking for a new list of providers of CPAP supplies. 1 year for a new face mask because I am on Medical. They is unhealthy and wear and tear on an OLD MASK. Do what I did and find a new provider like I did. #1MoreHonestReview
