Marcos and Craig were absolutely amazing. They both have amazing customer service both over the phone and in person. I usually buy from Amazon or Used Appliance Stores, but this is my new store for appliances and furniture. The prices can be significantly negotiated down for certain items and I am paying the same price for new appliances, as I would for used appliances. They also have great deals on furniture. If you are looking for appliances in Sacramento or furniture in Sacramento SHOP HERE FIRST!! AMAZING 5 STARS.

It’s a joke. They buy your review. They make you give them a 5 start in order to get the promised discount while you are at the register and they wait to see the review hit before they ring you up! The reviews on here are based on sale or discount they promise you not the sincere customer service, which also sucked!

I was so delighted to come to American freight to meet Megan. She helped me with all my needs and wants she have top communication skills. She made me feel so welcome when I walked in. I knew I was gonna leave with something. I will return because Megan I have to come see you again.

I recently purchased a beautiful sofa from Megan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Megan was professional, responsive, and courteous.
The sofa is exactly as described - comfortable, stylish, and in pristine condition. Megan provided detailed photos and accurate measurements, making it easy for me to envision it in my home.
Communication was seamless, and Megan promptly answered all my questions. She was flexible with viewing and pickup arrangements, making the process easy.

I purchased a furniture item this morning and I was greeted with a phone call from Marcos who provided excellent customer service regarding my pick up order . Upon arriving to the store also greeted with great manners from the associate. He even assisted me with loading into my truck. Absolutely amazing service, I definitely will refer to my friends and family but more so to ask for Marcos because he was absolutely amazing within the whole process!!??
