  Zero.. they scheduled a appointment on a Sunday for us and had us pay a $20 deposit but when we showed up the place was closed. Waited for almost a hr. No one no call their number one picked up. . what a waste of time. No calls to us to tell us that they can't make it. Just left us hanging. . Zero.

  So first off, you can't beat the price, I think it was $47 for a heartbeat package with a stuffed animal with the discount for booking online, photos/videos and printouts. A bargain! The stuffed animals are $40 alone!!Super clear images, we got a great video of our baby moving around!The tech was friendly and excited for us, and really went above and beyond. She was clearly very skilled. I believe she also does medical ultrasounds so she knows what she's doing.They don't necessarily have all the heartbeat animals on the website in stock, so call ahead if you want a specific one. I wanted a dino, but the bunny is very cute too.
