Unprofessional on phone. I told her make and model of my vehicle she is still asking me the size for the rims and tires after looking in their system. If you don’t know the size then why you are answering customer calls. She told me find the size first and call me back this was her answer

THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS! STAY AWAY! JERRY IS VERY SHADY. I needed a transmission and he quoted me at one price and when he ran my card it was a different amount. Then he didn't deliver the part. I requested a refund and I am here waiting for the refund. Definitely taking legal action especially because he harassed me when I called and say F* you to me. Lu is the other shady one that works for him. All liars and scammers. Save yourself from a headache and don't ever buy anything from them.

I bought a bad car from this shop. They cheat on cars and don't check the brakes or anything. They only sell the paint.After driving it for hours, maybe there are no brakes, and he has to go to the DMV to register the car. You find large sums left behind on the car: a very bad experience for me

Bought a used transmission from them 2 months ago and it all looked good until my transmission shop installed and found the gear bits are all over the transmission pan. Called them and they sent me another which was supposed to be a 50k mile replacement. Only last 2 weeks and it was going bad again and my shop told me the transmission looked hella old and had to have at least 100k miles. Now Im asking for another replacement and theyre giving the run around and the owner dont even want to honor his 3 month warranty

Horrible people most DISHONEST PEOPLE I seen in a long time . Total liers the counter lady as shameless as her boss . WARNING DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE BECAUSE IF YOU DO THEY ARE GOING TO STRING YOU AND SCREW YOU AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. TOTAL DISGRACE TO SMALL BUSINESS. I WAS IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 45 YEARS AND NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE IT. They think they are doing business in Russia. I would walk 1000 mile before I buy anything from these coyotes. Actually people like these give coyotes a bad name . 250 mile round trip and a tank of gas and almost waisted my time almost all day for nothing.

I received a written quote for 2 doors, a fender and a side mirror. They said they had to get the fender from another yard but everything was in perfect shape and dent free. They took my $200 deposit and after two weeks of saying they were getting the fender, he finally sends me a picture of a dented fender. I said I'd accept but I wanted a discount on the fender because I now had to repair and paint it. They said no, I had already been given a discount. I asked for my deposit back and after 4 calls and 2 more weeks, I finally received my deposit back. Sketchy organization at best. I won't say a scammer place, but not fully ethical or trustworthy either. They were pleasant on the phone though. I'll give them that.

Quoted me $175, then sends me a picture of a part that isn't even what I agreed to buy. A day after collecting my card information they tried to tell me it was actually $600! When I explained that other places have it for around $170 the rude lady told me "then buy it from them". Stay away from these scammers, I will be changing my card information!
