I’m not one for writing reviews, but when you find someone like Carly, you make sure you let everyone know how absolutely amazing she is to work with.It is with immense pleasure and gratitude that we write this review, reflecting on our recent experience working with Carly as our real estate agent. After months of stress and feeling hopeless with a previous agent and the current market, our decision to take a chance on a Zillow-recommended agent led us to Carly and it was nothing short of a game-changer. Jadelyn is by far the kindest, most amazing person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in any industry. She was incredibly attentive to my needs and helped guide me through the stressful process of purchasing my first home. I had a vacation in Asia booked and she went above and beyond by arriving at the inspection in my place so I could enjoy my time. I almost want to buy ten more houses just so I have an excuse to hang out with my new friend more ? I cannot say enough good things about her and the people she chooses to work with through the home buying process.

We were lucky to have Mark Daya as our buying agent. We were out of town and unfamiliar with Elk Grove in general, and Mark has been a good source of information to help us beyond the duty of an agent. We had come to town many times and Mark was there to methodologically sorting out and patiently taking us to potential houses until we found one that met our requirements. The whole transaction happened very fast, less than a month. Thank you, Mark.

I cannot begin to describe how amazing this company is, especially Carin Mulvaney. With her help along with the rest of the team they were able to sale my dad’s house which went into probate and did so during an extremely stressful time. We recently chose Carin Mulvaney to handle all of our real estate needs based on a referral from a friend that had used her. She first sold our existing home for us. She made several suggestions to help us make our house more desirable on the market amongst a sea of choices out there. We followed her suggestions and the house sold the first week on the market. Oh, where do I start…I was working with a Real Estate Agent for approximately 5 months. It was a very difficult and stressful experience. I was a single Mom who was purchasing with one income. Ultimately, I was told by the agent I was working with, that I wasn't "making her very much money" and was made to feel as if working with me was a favor! I was referred to another agent by a family member and had yet another terrible experience, I think she called me once. I was extremely discouraged and almost stopped the process of purchasing a home thinking perhaps my price range really wasn't worth an agent's time. Enter Carin Mulvaney (cue angelic music)! I happened upon a friend and told him my dilemma. He immediately gave me Carin's information and told me to contact her. I almost didn't, but I'm so glad I did! Upon leaving her a message, she contacted me within a couple hours and set up a face to face the very next day! Immediately I felt the difference. I was made to feel as if I were purchasing a million dollar home…I instantly felt relief! Carin's attentiveness and thoroughness put me at ease and from that point on the experience of purchasing a home became positive. Her knowledge and experience alone is priceless. Couple that with the way she treats her customers and you should look no further for an agent! I honestly felt as if I was her only client! Upon working with Carin, I was able to find a beautiful home in my price range and purchased within two months! Her attention to detail and honest approach made the process a positive and pleasant experience. Tina Costa helped me out when I moved from the Bay Area to Elk Grove. I needed to find a great house that would be my retirement home. It was a hard decision after living in the same home for 42 years prior to my move, but she helped my out greatly. She is hardworking and honest. I highly recommend her.
