Everything from start to finish was easy and well done by S&G. The sales people in the showroom were very helpful. The person who came to the house to measure was very thorough and professional. And finally the installers did a fantastic job! I would absolutely recommend S&G carpets!

Great work installing my new LVP floors by S&G. I am happy they were available in March and with a great price. Very easy process from the in-home estimate, to ordering materials, to choosing an installation date, and the finished product. Took 1.5 days. Crew re-connected all appliances and cleaned the work area. Would highly recommend S&G!

From the moment we walked in the door and were met by Albert in the most friendly and casual way, we knew this would be a good experience. Not having that expected high-pressure feel and at the same time having all of our questions answered made us feel very confident in choosing S&G. The consultant Jeff who came out to do the final measurements and the staff who scheduled the installation were all professional and courteous. The installer Ron was in and out so efficiently you would have never known he'd even been there except for the beautiful new carpet lighting up the room.Thank you all for your professionalism and expertise to help make this buying experience so easy.

I called to get a person to come out to give us an estimate. We have stairs plus bedrooms. The guy had so many ridiculous questions, asked measurementsof rooms etc. Isn't that their job when they come to give an estimate? Not using because of the phone conversation!! Ridiculous!

Our experience has probably been different than most. The sales person we dealt with was great, the customer service people after the sale and installation were great. We had a very unusual, difficult existing floor situation. After much searching and reviewing floor choices from several stores. Went with glue down LVP from S&G. This is primarily a commercial floor product. After living with it for a while, I can see why. It has a major flaw for residential. Because of the way it is applied, any liquid spilled on the floor, migrates beneath the individual planks, and can squish back up as much as 3 or 4 planks away through the seams. S&G, and we, searched for alternatives, and in retrospect we should have chosen either sheet vinyl, self stick planks, or to remove the old floor - which would have been extremely expensive - and laid new sub floor. In the dining room, unlike the family room and kitchen, the glue down was laid over concrete. After about 10 months, it failed due to moisture in the concrete. We were VERY pleased, when S&G agreed to replace the entire dining room with click lock LVP. Which is holding up well. So for S&G service, we rate a 5, but deduct 1 because the initial glue down recommendation was not a good solution for our problem.

Overall, think installation was done well. Time will tell. Biggest issue is lack of response AFTER job completion and final payment. Had 3 small issues that needed attention. Sent an email and no reply after 10 days. Also made an internal comment to S&G about the matter. They just keep bugging me to post a review but don't response to a customer's concerns. SO much for their much touted lifetime guarantee! Good luck hearing from them AFTER you have paid your final payment!
