“I worked with Jamie for over a year to get my dream home and she was with me each step of the way. The first two months, we saw over 25 homes and put in 3 offers just to be out bidded each time. She sent me houses to look at and I also sent her houses I wanted to see. I also went to open houses myself. She worked with me and allowed me antonym in whatever I was looking for and worked with my schedule. I work nights, which is challenging to some. I took along my 3 kids with me as they were included in the home buying experience, I was a single mom and she was very kind to us all.

We decided to go with a new build with Taylor Morrison and it took 10 months for the house to be built and completed. It was my first home and she helped decipher long sale pitches, coming with me to each appointment or following up with me after appointments that she could not make. She basically held my hand like a baby each step of the way. I asked her to tell me like it is without all the fancy words. She didn't sugar coat anything for me, just the way I needed her to be. She was my mediator for the sales office and loan officer. Most importantly she was my support, design and advocate for my new home. She has my best interest at heart, knows what fair and what the market is and will tell me. She advised me honestly and expected nothing in return.
