Wouldn't Recommend! Purchased a transmission for my 2002 and it ended up being bad. Would have returned but shipping would have been too much to return (I'm not in Sacramento). And the driver just dropped off in the middle of my driveway blocking my car from getting out. It leaked oil on driveway too and I called the store and nothing got done or were they helpful.

Picked up a transmission for my 97 toyota tacoma 4x4 slapped it in and works perfect awesome customer service and cheapest place plus came with a good 6 month warranty

Very disappointed. Notified them by email on a Monday that I would be in the area on Friday (2 hour drive) They quoted me a price for the parts I wanted. The price made it worth the drive. The customer service did not. Even though they knew I was coming, it still took them an hour to retrieve the parts. Guess I'll have to shop closer to home from now on. Customer service there needs a lot of improvement.

Got a 4Runner engine from them and they gave me a complete harness and exhaust, intake manifolds. We will see how it goes. still 5+ months warranty.

Buyer beware. Dealt with Richard. I just picked up a door for a Ford Fusion that was the same color as mine to swap out a damaged door, with the intent to unbolt the original door and replace it with one from here, without having to fix, repaint, etc. At first glance the door looked fine, but when I brought it home the door was repainted, with visible clear coat runs throughout. Compared to the rest of the car that, mind you, is a clean title factory original paint, the door did not match (obviously).I called to swap the door out and was told they have 2 more silver doors I could look at. I came back the next day and turns out the doors are white, not silver, and was told I could just re paint them (which is of no use). The establishment charges a 25% restocking fee, which is fine, however they refused to waive the charge, citing that the customer is required to inspect the item before purchase (it was my responsibility to ensure the presumably factory colored door matched my factory colored vehicle).In summary, if you are looking to pick up a factory painted part, beware as the part might be repainted or repaired and won't match a factory painted vehicle.
