Cannot Recommend this company. Received Part and Right Out of the Box it was not Functional. Description says “Good working condition. Please see photos for detail.” Did not Pass Fords Diagnostics and Asked for Refund through E-Mails. Refund Refused and my loss Is $97.99. Company needs to stand by It's Products and sense customers Honesty and Sincerity.

Come here if you want to get scammed and treated like trash, walk in the door, nobody even acknowledges you, if you can convince them to help you find what you're looking for they will make up whatever absurd bs they can in order to charge you more money. I was told that my price for my part was going to be double because I wasn't paying cash $20 to $40 and that it was because of "tax". I drove 2 hours for one very small part and they made me pull it out myself and then wouldn't let me use the restroom which was sitting right next to me with the door open when I asked to use it. All I got was "no it's not for you" I guess I must have missed the "A-holes only" sign on the door or something. Ultimately I decided I would rather leave empty handed than let these jerks have a single cent of my money and I left infuriated. If you're looking for a similar experience to mine I have no doubt that you'll find it here.

Absolutely awful service. Was just hung up on twice. After selling me a $400 door that doesn't match my car, (attaching the receipt here so he can't continue to claim that customers are mixing up his business like he's done in other reviews below.) he was completely unwilling to work with me on any sort of refund.Do not spend your money here. Terrible customer service.

Bought a driveshaft from this company off of eBay the sellers name is (speck102, RCAD) to replace my current worn out driveshaft. But after installing the driveshaft the problem was replaced as the item was faulty at best, from the sounds and vast difference in drive-ability. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller as they stated that this used part came from a car with the mileage of 20k of usage, which didn’t line up with the state of part or the affects I got while driving with it installed. To make things worse they were reluctant to help resolve this issue and had to get eBay involved to get everything straight. This company selling defective parts and having terrible customer service makes it a waste of time and money I’d go elsewhere.

I don’t know where to start, I ordered an engine from RCAD and never received it, The worst part is they continue to lie about it for a week saying that it would be delivered. I never received the engine I ordered.

STAY AWAY!!!These guys sold a knocking engine and when I found out and called them about it they made up lies of how the company EUROPEAN AUTO PLAZA went out of business and now they are a new business, but they are still working under the same name and lying. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

my experience in this store was negative! I bought spare parts and agreed that if they don't fit or turn out to be wrong, I'll bring them back and return the money, but when I came, the owner of this store didn't want to return the money! Don't come here so as not to be fooled
