AVOID THIS PLACE ! CHEATERS !
They perform smog check on my car , every system works fine ,no check engine light , but he said it didn't pass visual inspection. He told me there is smoke at tail pipe. I never saw smoke behind my car. Before I never have problem to pass smog check. Charged me $ 52 for nothing

Every time I took my car here I left with more problems than I previously had (caps left off, hoses disconnected, chopped off part of my intake hose gasket by smashing my engine cover on and a piece went into the throttle body killing the engine, etc). Most recent time was a misdiagnosis due to lack of attention by the tech or simply not taking the time to check. $130 for incorrect diagnosis of a bad turbo, when in fact it was the PCV hose causing issues at the back side of the engine; wanted to charge me $1900 for turbo replacement. I shouldn't have trusted them, I went to another shop who did not do their own diagnosis and simply replaced the turbo since I told them QTU diagnosed it already only to find out the problem afterward, charging me $1400. I try to stick to smaller shops, rather than huge corporate owned ones to help out the communities but will definitely never come here again.

Fast, efficient, and friendly service! They quickly changed my oil while I waited. The mechanics and staff are friendly and knowledgeable about cars. Clean waiting area and restroom. The smog certificate at this place was very affordable for a vehicle built after 2000. I was in and out of there in a very short time. Danny was super friendly and helpful.

Came in for a smog check and they were quick and professional. Most of the time they have a $10 coupon on their website too.
They are a STAR Smog Station and a CARFAX Top Rated Service Center since (at least) 2021.

My husband came there today for an oil change and had a few issues: (i) the cashier was too distracted - there was something on her lap that she was more focused on and paid no attention to the fact that his truck was ready and instead went outside to talk on her cellphone. When she returned, my husband had to point out to her that his keys were on the counter because she was not paying attention. Her customer services skills were lacking - perhaps she needs to be told that her customers come first and she should be paying attention to them and not to perhaps, her cell phone and (ii) the tech that worked on his truck removed part of the dash and left it on the floor of the truck. My husband was very unhappy to see that on the floor of the truck and had to ask him put it back. I went there last month for a smog check and the tech who helped me was awesome but today's oil change left a bad taste in his mouth. He's an easy to please guy but this interaction made him state that he will not be returning and will find another place to do business.

Over priced and tried to upsell us and every customer I saw them with. Even with a coupon we ended up paying over 80 for an oil change.

Been coming to this shop for over 3 years and had 4 different vehicles serviced. I feel I've always been treated fairly and priced accordingly. All of the staff is very kind and happy to answer any questions. I have reccomended them to my family and friends 5/5

I’m not deep pockets kind of customer and even though they knew, they gave me Rolls Royce treatment. My beater truck needed to pass smog and they told me exactly how they could troubleshoot the issue, and then provided a concise quote to fix it. And they applied my failed test cost to my repair! The entire staff from the front office to their mechanics were exceptionally nice and thoughtful. The mechanics even while really busy, took the time to explain the nuances and details of my vehicle’s issue. If you need a smog, this is the place to go! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they got the test done very quickly! I will be going back here for future service needs without a doubt!
