I often need multiple quotes at a time and always receive them in a timely manner. Their pricing is very competitive as well. “4/3/24- I am not from here and needed to send a package out. I used to shop at Stapels until it closed in my area.
I walked in and was greeted. I like to look around before asking for help. When I did not find the items I was looking for I ran into Darryl who offered me assistance.
I said yes and went over my list. Darryl took the time to show me around the store to get my shopping done. He also went over the promotions and told me about other ways to save money.
Darryl did not seem bothered with my questions and he didn't make me feel like I was a burden.
I hope management will recognize Darryl for his great customer service. If you're a local I encourage you to stop by and ask for Darryl if you need help.”
“My experiences here have been good. I have used them for Amazon returns, my own UPS shipments, and a whole lot of USPS package drop offs. I'm incredibly grateful for the latter - that I do not have to drive to the post office to drop off a prepaid package. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me.”
“This was my first time using this location and I have to say I’m very pleased. Jt was the one that helped me and she greeted me and answered all my questions efficiently. I did notice however that there was a man in the back being inconsiderately loud. Come to find out that was their manager. Not a great look for the store but with the excellent service from Jt I can’t quite complain.”
