They were so nice to my doggie and offered her treats at the register. Very pleasant staff and better prices than I can find in pet supply stores or Amazon. It’s fun to walk through the aisles!

Staff is awesome and always helpful. I always find fish and aquatic plants I don't see at other stores here. Everything I have got from here has thrived to the point that I always pick up something because they are using the same water as I am (Rancho Water) and I know that I am less likely to have issues introducing new fish or plants to my aquariums.

This place is amazing- they have so much, ill make sure to post some photos next time. I went in blind expecting minimal accessories for aquariums/reptiles, but they have a wide variety of tanks, cages, substrate, filters, soil(s), decorations (both artificial and live plants) and much more! And their prices are very reasonable compared to bigger chains such as petsmart or petco. A small fish tank that costs $30 at the previously mentioned was only $15 here, and the staff is helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend checking them out.

I'm 27 and I've been going to this Pet Store since 2018 to buy my Cats treats, along with their food and litter each month. This is my go to store when I want peace and like to shop in a nice environment with not many people around. The owner has always greeted me, never looked at me funny or treated me wrong ever. Anytime he helped me at the cashier he either cracks a joke to spark a convo or just simply greets me with utmost respect. The lady that works there always asks me about my day and we joke about the Temptation snacks all the time. Disregard these comments cause I know these people. They're genuinely great people and keep their store look perfect every time. Never smells, never dirty, none of that. Prices are always great

The manager has hired staff who are extraordinarily helpful and communicate easily the answers to my often not perfectly constructed questions. I was thinking about a new version of a traditional product and I talked with the person who came back to help me about this one or this one and I told him what I thought and I asked him what he thought and he gave me a well-constructed answer of several sentences to communicate clearly what he thought and so I got to purchase something with full confidence
