Always go here for my oil changes and more. If you call ahead its easier. I sat in the waiting room and the service from Tim was fast and Ricky was friendly. I will keeping going here for my car needs.

Pep Boys in Rancho Cordova do amazing work. The manager there Tim has amazing customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. Carl, the mechanic does good work. I’ve been coming here for quite some time with all my vehicles and will continue to use this Pep Boys location in Rancho as long as the amazing services Tim and Carl have provided continue! Great work!!

I came into pep boys and was greeted by Tim he is pro at what he does and met me with a professional attitude which was also backed by his knowledge. My experience was great and I will most definitely be back.

Pep boys in Rancho does amazing work. Tim the store manager is always a pleasure in dealing with it. He always has fantastic customer service and a smile on his face. Mechanic Carl always fixes anything we need for our vehicles with no problem. I’ve been coming here for years. Great shop to bring your vehicles too!
