This is a great place to get massage chair! The couple who own and operate this shop are super sweet and wonderful. The chair they carry are one of the best! Prices and service are better than Costco! We are so glad we stumbled across this shop. Our backs already feel better and it's only been a few days since we purchased the chair. This is well worth the investment!

In store & delivery experience were fantastic, both the husband and wife went above and beyond throughout it to make everything as smooth as possible. The store and the demo chairs are kept very clean. We got an amazin lolg chair (one of the Osaki 4Ds) that would have been double our budget if it wasn't for the sale (open box item that still looks and feels new). The top was wrapped well to protect it during delivery as well.

I went to the showroom which was very clean and open. There were many different types of chairs to use and choose from. Mi was very patient and knowledgeable explaining all aspects of every chair and its operations. After I took almost an hour of her time, I selected the Osaki Pro Maestro and a demo unit which was very fairly priced!
Mi had her husband, Andrew deliver the chair to my home and set it up. He was very professional and careful not to scratch my floors.
I highly recommend this business without any reservations!

We recently purchased a massage chair and I couldn't be happier with our decision. My husband and I had so many questions about the different options available and the features of each chair. The staff at this location where we tried out the chairs were incredibly patient with us, allowing us to try out numerous chairs until we found the perfect fit. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.
The next day, the chair was delivered promptly, and Andy went above and beyond to help my husband learn how to use, troubleshoot, and care for the chair. His assistance was truly invaluable and made the whole process seamless.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a massage chair. The customer service was outstanding and the product quality exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for our experience and love our new purchase.

We are so glad to have purchased our massage chair from OTA world. It was very easy to reach out to them and communicate. We had trouble with moving company we hired and they went out of there way to work with us. They even brought us comfort food because they felt bad that we were cheated by the movers. They are so patient and came to disassemble and reassemble the chair because it would not fit through our door. If you’re looking at purchasing a massage chair, buy from OTA World. The owners are the best.

Hands down the BEST customer service! The husband and wife duo are professional and courteous. No sales pressure or any attempt to up-charge you. They genuinely care and want to help you find the right product to meet your needs. They answered all of our questions and provided additional information and pointers.
After trying a couple of the massage chairs, my husband and I ended buying a massage chair from them for a steal of a deal!! Delivery and install was also quick.
They are a family owned business. Come support your local businesses! I highly recommend them!

We recently purchased an Osaka OS 4D Mastroe chair from this store, we owned Osaka chair before and it lasts decade before we decided to upgrade.
The store owners are very friendly, sincere and helpful, we got a great deal on chair far better than any on line retailer’s deal, we also got an extended warranty at no cost.
We glad we came to this store, they came to assemble the chair on the same afternoon right after the chair was delivered by the carrier truck. Thank you.

This is a local authorized dealer for Osaki USA. I could have bought it on the web, but i bought thru them, and i am glad i did. They have testers in the store to try and they add value from purchase to delivery, and they even assembled my osaki pro maestro for free.
