I can't say enough about the knowledge people who work there. Also, extremely patient. I had sprinkler valve issue. Slow leak to the front yard around drainage. I had Irritrol Control Valves and Normac carries them. I am not landscaper and was worried I will make things worse while working on sprinkler system. These guys were like Rob Schineder's character - "you can do it". Helped a lot in tackling it. I will be going here for all my lawn and irrigation projects. Thank you.

As a DYI homeowner I greatly appreciated Ryan's assistance in helping me think through my irrigation challenges. His patience in explaining options and procedures was very much appreciated. I will never go back to the big box stores for irrigation supplies. Plus, I was surprised to find the prices actually better for higher quality products.

These guys rock. They're extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is a one stop shop for commercial irrigation supplies. The pipe they have is 20 foot long. Way better than the big box stores.

Earlier today I called Normac and asked if it was a good place to go to for irrigation supplies. The guy I talked to was very helpful and said yes and at that point he was aware I was not a landscape contractor. Once I arrived I was met by obviously a different person. This individual was visibly annoyed that a normal homeowner like me was in the store asking novice questions. He tried to quickly rein in my order and get me on my way. At one point I asked if I could take a look at the stock in the warehouse and he curtly told me no, this is not Home Depot. Here's what I suggest either tell me on the phone before I come down and waste my time that you don't deal with homeowners or even better work on improving your customer service.
