My business is located in the same complex as Navis and we use them all the time for larger goods. They are great to work with, and do an awesome job creating goods.
They have treated wood and the stamp which is required for a lot of European countries.

After completing email form and promised I'd hear from them in 24 hours and Did Not... I called and got voice message to leave name and phone number... still NO answer back I called the next day and spoke to a man in Rancho Cordova office; gave info about size and weight of object needed to be shipped and a promise of he would call me back...NO answer. I called the next day got someone in a different office and he was nice and apologized for no info etc. : he transferred me to Rancho Cordova office and I got their answering machine. Really ??? This is NOT a place to trust with your things! May have been one item to ship now but sometimes people are going thru life and may need more shipping. Don't WASTE your time here.

I used Navis to ship my household stuff from Sacramento to Miami last October, they did an amazing job carefully wrapping everything, including several antiques and glass framed pictures. Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed and irritated in Navis. I saw they were open until 5pm weekdays, and I have to work until 4 most days. So I thought, cool I'll go after work, especially since they confirmed their hours via email the day before. I got there at 430 and they were closed! What a waste of time! Luckily I found another place that was open until 6pm, but back in the area I just drove from...AND it was more than 1/2 the price ($98 with insurance vs $250 fr Navis) I guess their lack of professionalism and over priced packing and shipping sent me to a better spot. Maybe I should thank them!?!

I hired Shan and his crew to pick up two valuable, large pieces of artwork from our home in Roseville and ship them to our new home in Louisville. They came today - beautifully boxed in a secure crate with no hassle and lots of communication on both ends. The man who came to pick them up was professional and knew how to handle them appropriately. Some would say that the cost was high, but considering the value of the art (over $30,000) paying $1750 was very reasonable and it included extra insurance. I would definitely recommend this company for all my shipping needs.

I have a very good experience with Navis shipping art for me. It arrived safe and sound and on time. Since my shipment required a hold, I was worried about the timing, but it was perfect. I highly recommend them.

Dissatisfied. Shan, the one I had been corresponding with, was overall courteous and did a decent job. However, the time he estimated for me (time to pack things once picked up, amount of time it would take to get to my destination) was not very accurate. There were points during our correspondence over email where I had to follow up due to lack of timely response. One positive point: the people picking up my items from my origin were on time. When my items were delivered at my destination, some of my boxes were crushed, and the sister company that delivered it to my place stated that it was because I did not stuff all the boxes. However, the box that was most crushed was my wardrobe box. I specifically purchased wardrobe boxes and used them for that specific function (hung my clothes on hangers on the bar provided for the box), so how is it that ALL of my clothes were overturned and dirty because the box was basically opened? Not sure if this happened in transit or before it left Navis, but clearly there was mishandling somewhere (loading, perhaps?). I hope no one opened my boxes and stole my clothes..... Time to start dry cleaning. Like I have nothing better to do.

I recently moved from Sacramento to the US virgin islands. I didn't have a lot of stuff to move but what I had was very sentimental and much of it fragile. I explored so many options and had such a difficult time finding just the right solution. My things had to get to Miami for shipping to my new island home. Navis Pack & Ship was the perfect solution. I spoke to Shan many times and he was patient and helpful. I was so nervous! Everything came in perfect shape. I did not loose one precious item to breakage or other loss. All my boxes had been pallet-ted and wrapped in plastic as one bundle and all was safe and sound. I can't thank you enough!!!

I have an interior decorating and home staging business and have worked with many shipping companies. Efficiency, customer service and handling are important. Kathy and Belinda have ensured that my furniture deliveries are coordinated almost to the exact minute and my clients have commented on how "nice" and "profession" Wayne and Brian are. Long story short, I made the mistake of hiring World Wide Logistics (WWL) for a shipment of bedroom furniture that turned into a logisitical nightmare, and WWL was not responsive to fixing their mistakes. Navis Pack and Ship came to the rescue and aggressively worked with WWL to have the furniture delivered to their warehouse and Navis delivered the furniture to my client. I highly recommend going with Navis Pack and Ship.
