BEAUTIFUL high-end furniture that is hard to find in the Sacramento area. Pricey but built to last items. Helpful sales professionals.

We just purchased a couch and love seat. We were assisted by Cori Cheplick, a 23 year employee. Her knowledge and advice was extraordinary and appreciated. We were never rushed or pressured. We highly recommend Naturwood.

Great people here, so friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies at the desk that handle the paperwork and final part of the sale. They deserve a nice n hefty raise for staying after hours so my purchase could be done even after the store was closed. They were kind and kept a smile on their face the whole time.

I've bought a total of two items at two separate times from Naturwood, and neither time did my experience go positively. Before I go into the bad, I will say that in both experiences, the sales person who helped me was helpful and knowledgeable. That said, the good ended there. The first item I purchased was a $3500 dining table, which I paid extra for delivery. While being delivered, I noticed very apparent and considerable flaws in the table, and was quite shocked that the warehouse would send out the table for delivery like that. I was told they would make necessary repairs, but after spending $3.5K on a table, I expect it to come without flaws. I sent the table back and was issued a full refund. The second item I purchased was a $700 etagere, which would be put together at their nearby warehouse, and ready for pick up. Brought the etagere home, unwrapped it, and found one of the screws had fallen out of place because it was stripped. Long story short, turns out two screws were not attached. Went back to the warehouse, they gave me two screws, went back home and found they gave me the wrong screws. Had to return the etagere for a totally new one. Also learned that they are required by law to provide hardware to mount this piece of furniture to a wall because of it's height. Only received this hardware on my THIRD visit to the warehouse. Not only was this multi back-and-forth a total waste of my time and gas, it also shows an inept warehouse with no quality assurance. Two stars for knowledgeable sales person, but I probably will never shop at Naturwood again.

The furniture we ordered was promised, then delayed, then promised, then delayed,...It never came in.The only reason this is 1 star instead of zero is they refunded us.

We have been customers of Naturewood for over 30 years. Our recent purchase was an Amish dining set. It was a custom order so with us choosing length and width of table and picking a group of chairs which had samples on the floor. When the table and chairs arrived, we were happy with the appearance and quality of the set. When we sat in the chairs , we realized they were very low and when seated, the table hit me at about chest height(I am 5' 3"). I called customer service and asked if there was a way they could put risers or somehow elevate the chairs. The person said they may be able to put risers on the chair leg bottoms but called back about 5 minutes later and said they couldn't do it due to invalidating the warranty. I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager , Regina did call me back but basically had absolutely no options or suggestions to offer. I asked about the chair riser on the bottom of the leg but was given the same answer "no , it would invalidate the chair warranty". I should mention, we have never received a written warranty for this dining set so I'm not even sure what that is. Overall, no help whatsoever. This set was expensive and with our history at Naturewood, I would have expected some help but basically, we are left to deal with the "too low" chairs on our own. Very disappointed in Naturewood.

We’ve been going there 30 years - because we know we’ll get good quality at a good price and we can talk to people who know what they’re talking about for furniture. This time needed a new sofa before a party in 5 days. They had something that was the right color, right size, at a price that was half what we were expecting and they wrapped it and put it in my truck in 15 minutes. Was in the house 2 hours after we left. Couldn’t ask for more.

We bought most of the furniture in our house in San Francisco from Shawn here at Naturewood. After a horrible experience at La-Z-Boy trying to buy my mom a Christmas present of a recliner. I immediately called Shawn who set us up with the most beautiful Stickley recliner and another Amish coffee table inside table

Warning - Naturwood Home Furnishing, Rancho Cordova Purchased a new Sectional/couch from Naturwood. During the sale, many items were marked "As Is." After discussion with sales staff, we decided to purchase and picked up the new sectional & live seat for Naturwood's nearby warehouse. With packing protecting new couch removed, we were able to inspect exterior of couch. We did not ask them to remove the stapled bottom material so we could inspect the interior boards that hold the couch together. With concern about sagging in the middle of couch, within 7 weeks of purchase, we removed the staples to identify problem. We found that the main board was completely crack through and middle section of couch had little, if any, support. We contacted Naturwood immediately and were told that the issue would be resolved and that we should call customer service. Customer Service was of no help, stressing the "As Is" is "As Is," despite the obvious flaw. Advice - at Naturwood it is necessary to have staff remove staples to expose boards in order to fully inspect the couch when purchasing a new couch when sold "As Is." Never thought prior to this experience that this would be necessary. Naturwood will not back up products sold "As Is" even when a major flaw is found within 7 weeks of purchase. For us, we will not be making future purchases at Naturwood.

We remodeled and bought 5 pieces of furniture along with the warranties. Thousands of dollars. The table was damaged. They replaced it with another damaged table and then repaired the first one quite well. Very happy with that outcome. However, the leather couch developed a large faded spot. Unless we said that we actually damaged the couch ourselves then it would not be covered. No idea why the couch faded the way it did. No one sits on that section of the couch. We sit on either end. This spot is on the middle section. Definitely will not buy furniture from Simply Amish ever again. Definitely will not buy the warranties Naturwood sells. Probably will not buy Flexsteel ever again. Undecided whether or not we will give business to Naturwood again.

Good furniture, but felt extremely disappointed at the amount of sales people that were there, clearly not busy, and my partner and I were not even greeted. Everyone could have even getting the same treatment, but it felt to us like we were being ignored because we were young.Just disappointing.

Hello I'm writing this review in hope that no other customer goes through the poor treatment and bad service my family did at Naturewood in Rancho Cordova CA. My husband and I had a custom built flex steel couch made of the highest quality leather they had available. This is a very high end expensive couch and for how much we paid, one wouldn't think we would have such bad things to say about the cheap leather and cheap materials that they use, selling them as high end materials. The leather used is layered leather that is so thin that in the first year the leather peeled. Along with the leather peeling and several other mechanisms that failed. We reached out to the insurance that we might add we payed extra for and neither the store or the insurance would honor the promise to correct this issues we had with our couch. We paid 9000.00$ for, yes I said 9000.00$ for a custom made piece of junk. Sorry but there is no better way to describe it than junk. We only had this couch for one year and a half when it started to fall apart by the looks of the leather one would think it was 10 to 20 years old, no kidding it's layered and paper thin you can see in the pics bellow. We called the store they said call the insurance and the insurance said call the store. Everyone we talk to would pass the buck to someone else It went on and on and was just a little game to them we were denied help or resolution and are very upset that a couch custom made didn't make it past a year and a half without beginning to fall apart. Do yourself a favor don't buy anything from NatureWood they have terrible customer service and cheap made furniture that does not last. My husband and I are retired and can't believe the treatment received from the insurance and nature wood. Ps, The insurance company said it was normal wear and tear. Unbelievable!

Avoid this company and AVOID buying their insurance product. I just gave up dealing with them and had to walk away. I had a table picked out to replace a damaged table. But, three days of working out the details, 8 months of waiting, and driving to pick up the furniture - all stopped by a warehouse guy. Guess they don't need a $1200 sale for a small kitchen set. I wish I hadn't wasted my time shopping here in the first place. There are so many better places to shop.

My husband and I walked into this beautiful furniture store and I knew instantly nothing here was going to be in our price range. We were here for a couch, a sectional to be specific, but we were not there to invest in the last couch we would ever own. We have too many animals at home and a teenager so this had to be durable and affordable. We were approached within a minute by a salesman. This is how we met Matt, he had a big, bright smile, and was genuinely friendly so I couldn't just run back out the door! I told him honestly that the prices were too high for us and to my surprise he was still interested in what we were looking for. We chatted for a bit about kids and pets and rather than trying to talk me into something I didn't want or sell me some warranty for after my child or giant dog destroyed the couch he recommended a different store entirely. He decided to forego the sale (and I probably would have been worn down by his friendly demeanor eventually) and instead he sent me to go find a couch in my price range. I found and purchased one at the store he recommended and I am very happy with it. I will absolutely be returning to Naturewood (when my child leaves the nest and takes her cat) to purchase the couch of my dreams!! They had such an amazing selection of the softest most comfortable couches I've ever felt. And Matt has secured our business for the future.
