I got to this Location Before it Closed, and the Lady Customer Service Representative Did Not Open The Door. If she didn’t want to serve anymore customers, she should’ve Turned Off The Open Sign! And the Hours Of Operation on the window Should Be Changed!

Went in believing this was a Metro by T-Mobile store, was sold a used phone that had the battery dying on me within a few hours. Went back to get a refund and was told no refunds on these devices that they sell. They talked me into H2O wireless which by far has been the worst company I have ever had. I would have no internet randomly and my calls would drop all the time. Please don't sell H2O service to your customers.

This is the 2nd time it a happened to me. A store has posted hours for a reason. At least where I work. Not this store. If your opened till 7:00 means your open till 7:00./not 6:50 so the employees can walk out the door at 7:00./And they hide in the backroom till/6:57 and then show there faces saying they're closed. Living up/to the metro pcs code of ethics.

Sometimes they're there when you need them and sometimes they're not. It's an okay place. Not all stores know everything.

I’m due for a free upgrade and was told to go into the store with my ID and I could choose between 3 different phones and when I got there the clerk said I had to pay!! So for that you get no good reviews from me!! I’m switching to AT&T!! Bye ✌️
