These guys are legends. They will go out of their way to take care of their customers. I needed a transmission and they really came through. It even had a couple little extra parts on the transmission and thankfully because I needed them too. Not to mention, there's a 90-day guarantee that the parts are going to work for you. Called about getting a steering knuckle for my 99 Honda CRV and they had one available, they took it off an old crv in their lot and I was in and out in less than an hour. Very respectful people and I will definitely be coming back to them when I need more parts for my cars

Needed a part asap for my mazdaspeed 3 and they had it ready to go. It was easy and fast, everyone there was super helpful and I personally can look at H&M as an asset.

Nothing but thieves and crooks! Called for a part I needed, saw the listings online were going for $50-60, the person tried selling it for $150 and claimed that was the average price. Asked him to provide proof of his proclaimed "$150 average price listings" after I provided my proof. Always do your research before agreeing to a price, people like them will try their best to scam you. Avoid this place at all cost I rather pay full price at dealer then give them even a penny.

Everyone was so helpful! We found the most elusive dealer only 8 bank multi fuse. This part isn't available anywhere and virtually impossible to look up. The guy is here are so experienced that they knew exactly what I was talking about and were able to hunt it down in their large inventory. Super reasonable price! I will definitely be back again. For reference the part number from the dealer ended up being 38232-TA0-A01

bought a part online and they shipped it to me quick but a new part of the same became available so i purchased it H and M returned my money no questions asked ! highly recommend will do business with them again Great customer service!!!

I was completely in a fret looking frantically for a part on my brother’s CRZ ( hit a raccoon while borrowing his car ?). Apparently, getting any Honda part is nearly impossible due to back order. Anyway, guy on the phone didn’t have my part BUT was able to help me locate it via online. Took hella time out of his day to help me even though it wasn’t benefiting his business at all. SWEET SWEET HUMAN. They still exist. Whoop whoop ??

This place has excellent customer service with finding parts and returns. Sergio helped me find a bumper for my Mazda. After getting the part off, he noticed there was a crack in it. He offered a discount and I bought it. When I got to the body shop, they noticed some side pieces were broken and the crack is going to get worse if I run over something. I called Sergio and explained the situation. He gave me a full refund without any problems. Thank you Sergio and staff.

Couple of weeks ago I made a phone call to these folks to inquire about a hood for my wife's Honda. The clear finish was trying to come off and it looks kind of terrible. They had the hood there so I paid for over the phone and picked it up a couple days later. The guys are really friendly fast and considerate. When I picked up the hood it was pretty dirty and it really wasn't a way to wash it off so I took it home. I didn't have any real chance to look at it for a day or so but when I washed it off it actually looked worse than my wife's hood. Lol I gave them a call and explained condition of the hood, without skipping a beat the fellow on the phone told me to bring it back for a full refund. The next day I return the hood and was given a full refund immediately. All I can say is you guys rock, honest, considerate and helpful. Thank you so much.

The guys at H&M have really helped us out many times. They are in a new bigger spot right around the corner from their old location. I highly recommend them if you are looking for recycled parts. They have a ton of parts, and not only for Honda and Mazda. I just bought a transmission with 40k original miles and verified for a Nissan Altima. Good job Greg and Serge.

Came here for a hose and some bolts and the man at the front was super cool and helped me look for the part on the cars. I'm pretty bad with names, but there was an african american mechanic that was super cool and started conversation with me too. Both guys are exceptionally cool and I've never been more satisfied with service before. The past times I've been here, it's been great as well. Definitely come here, and their NA miata options are great. Thank you ?
