I ordered my washer and dryer from Masters Wholesale mainly due to their pricing. In addition their sales person was attentive to detail and the delivery was superb. Friendly, helpful and precessional staff. I would highly recommend them.

Faulty Product and Unacceptable Customer Service
Our experience with Masters Wholesale has been nothing short of frustrating. We bought a brand new washer and dryer on September 19th, and right from delivery, the washer wasn't working. We immediately reported the issue to the delivery person and Masters Wholesale, but here we are, weeks later, with no resolution.
What’s worse is the way we were treated when trying to resolve the issue. When we spoke to James from customer service, he not only offered no help but suggested we contact the manufacturer ourselves and cover the labor costs to repair a brand new machine. This is completely outrageous. When we tried to explain that this was unacceptable, James ended the call abruptly.
We purchased the units directly from Masters Wholesale, and they should be responsible for making this right—whether it’s repairing the washer, replacing it with a working unit, or issuing a refund. If we don't get a satisfactory resolution by tomorrow, we will be forced to initiate a chargeback.
Terrible service and lack of accountability. I wouldn't recommend Masters Wholesale to anyone.

I called about a year ago. Sending pictures of the flooring that was put in. I sent the name and color of the flooring they asked for. Two men came out to fix my flooring and had the wrong pieces. I was told to call the new owner who I sent pictures to then I was told it's been longer than a year. You don't send someone out to the house to fix the issue then tell the customer no. So wrong. They haven't even looked at it in person to see if it's actually the material or if it was an installation problem. The flooring on the lip has 5 cracks in it. And the planks came up and my foot hot it and part of the corner came off. I would not recommend this company to install flooring. Not definitely customer service oriented.

This is the most frustrating company to deal with. I walked in, knowing exactly what appliances I wanted to purchase and it took forever to get someone to wait on me. One refrigerator, custom range top and dishwasher later I was told it would be a month before everything would arrive in their warehouse. I paid extra for delivery to my home where my builder would install everything.
2 months later everything arrived. The salesperson and customer service representative told my builder and also me in an email that they would deliver the refrigerator inside my house so that my builder could install it. I did say that there were 3 steps into the house. The delivery crew arrived and they decided that they would not be able to deliver the appliances inside as agreed upon so back to the warehouse they go with my appliances.
Suddenly the only way Masters Wholesale will deliver my appliances is if they do the installation. Another $600. They have to conduct a pre-installation inspection. 6 weeks later they conduct their inspection. I received a text indicating my delivery date was September 3. Mid morning I called to find out what time I could expect delivery that day and was told they won't be delivering my appliances until Thursday September 5. The question is....while they show or won't they? Will they reschedule again?

We love our new kitchen appliances! They have given our kitchen the feel of a remodel and a luxury previously not experienced. Far more significant than this, was Mario's advice and care. His background knowledge on repairs and installation was exceedingly helpful. More than that; however, was his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that the customer gets more than they expect. The installers, Andrew and Jorge were also polite, competent and very careful with our home. Having been a customer at Master’s Wholesale three times now, we can say that our experiences have always exceeded expectations. Running a small business, we can appreciate the importance of this trait and the employees that embody it. Thank you! Sonja

Good customer service with a large selection of appliances at very competitive prices. Not all carried appliances are in the showroom, so if you need "hands on" you might check their prices after you find what you want elsewhere.

I purchased several thousands of dollars of product from this company, when the product wouldn't work well with our project, We called to return the items and they would not refund or take back the product even though it was never opened and it was still in the window of 60 day return policy. When we purchased the product we were not made aware of any return policy nor was it written on any receipt or email, it was only told to me when I wanted to return the product for a refund. They only want your money, they don't work with their customers at all. it seems they don't really care about making good relationships with their customers from the way I was spoken to, and If I would've checked their reviews before hand, I would have never purchased product from them in the first place because They have less than a 3 star rating and now I know why. I buy product all the time for my business so I would have been a repeat customer and spent way more money if they would have just worked with me.

Our builder recommended that we talk to Master's about appliances and Master's is one of the approved dealers for Sub-zero. Our meetings at the showroom with the salesperson went exceedingly well - the sales person was really knowledgeable and very patient. This person is no longer working at Master's - but I saw other sales agents with the same diligence. So why the 1* review. Single reason would be their delivery coordination people and in particular a guy called Earl. As long as Earl is working at this company, you should not buy any appliance here. The guy would call every week and say that he wants to schedule delivery even when we told them we not ready. He absolutely insisted that our site be per-inspected when we clearly knew that it was not ready for inspection. The guys who came for inspection were baffled why we scheduled them so early. They looked at the house in the framing stages - didn't even go inside and showed us the house across the street that was nearing completion and told us that we should call them then. And that is what we were telling Earl but he refused to listen. And they have no respect for customer's time - they just give the customer a big window and expect the customer to be there. But this is at a construction site - what is a person supposed to do there for a several hour window? Since I live 10-min away, I told them to call me/text me before they headed to my place - they did not do that. When I scheduled the final delivery, I talked to Earl and he said that a pr-inspection was necessary when it was already done. Seriously! So I was able to convince about that and may be he found that it had been done. I also asked him if their delivery truck could go on gravel and he said yes. When the delivery guys showed up, they said that they cannot go on gravel. But I checked - so why waste my time and delivery/install guys time if they cannot go on gravel. I have to bless the delivery/install people - they made the delivery happen and all the guys were very nice. When it came to final delivery, they mumbled the delivery time in the automated message - no option to repeat the message. So I called them to get a time and they didn't know and they said that they will have Earl call us back. No calls. All said and done this was the most frustrating delivery experience in our new house project. The delivery coordination and the annoying calls from Earl sandbagged all the good work that was done by the sales person and the other delivery people.

This is a great place to buy from. I used their website, but also spoke with real humans regarding inventory and later delivery. My dishwasher came out of their CA warehouse and was delivered promptly. It was very rewarding to speak easily with a savvy human who could provide inventory information and logistics support. I can heartily recommend.

We are very pleased with the service we received, from the beginning al the way through the shipment of a complete set of Thermador kitchen appliances (cooktop, oven combo, dishwasher, refrigerator, hood) and Zephyr wine fridge. On our first visit, the showroom was extensive and Cy offered exceptional service educating us and helping us decide among brands and styles. He also steered us away with products with excessive lead times. He followed up quickly with specs and pricing, including info on a Thermador promotional program. He researched availability to ensured that everything arrived on time. When we needed another item, he was quick to get it ordered and later cancelled when we learned it wouldn't be necessary. The person making the deliveries was exceptional too. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend Masters and Cy.
