Horrible customer service. I ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's. I paid Lowe's in full. And the refrigerator was delivered with scratches on the front door. I called Lowe's to rectify the situation and I'm being told I have to call a third-party they can't help me.

I really tried to give Lowe's a chance, but every time I thought it couldn't get worse it did. In short, it took about 10 weeks, a dozen unreturned calls, incorrect info, and two wrong deliveries to get three simple interior doors replaced. If it were not so frustrating, it would be comical. The best part of the whole thing was my installer who was kind, polite, punctual, and aghast by how long this took. Store manager Shawn? A joke. Never returned any calls (started asking for him after 5 unreturned calls). When I finally did reach him, he asked three questions, asked me to hold on, then transferred me to a line where a person asked what I could do to help. He had made no effort to help fix. I do not expect that I will ever visit this store again.

Made some returns and it went flawlessly. Custer service was ten out of ten.Still prefer over Home Depot.

Cathy from the return counter is so rude, I had an easy return and she rolled her eyes when I walked in. I bought a few items from the clearance isle but it ended up not being what I needed. This is called job security I had my receit and the items were brand new. I guess she would rather be their on her phone than to do her job.

I bought refrigerator from Lowe’s and it was within a year they sent someone over saying they can’t fix the problem so therefore I had to go to Lowe’s to purchase a part. So I go to Lowe’s in horrible customer service talked to two different people and what they told me “someone will be right with you to help”. I waited 30 to 45 minutes patiently and still no help couple things here. I always purchase from those and this is part of the worst customer service I’ve ever had, I get my appliances anything I need from my household and after today I would never go back to Lowe’s.After thinking, my refrigerator was under the one year manufacturer warranty. Assuming they can help me, but they didn’t. And then I have to go to Lowe’s to purchase apart, which I feel like I didn’t have to because my refrigerator was within the year and then after experiencing customer service at Lowe’s was the worst. Whoever is the manager there you need to train your people customer service you have too many people at the cashier too many people doing returns when they’re just standing there when they can help other people around the stores horrible.

Front desk manager Phyllissa was not helpful at all. Cancelled the flooring order on which i had a note to not cancel. I called the store within 20 mins of cancellation of the order to buy again or something. I have a half done project as i started flooring in one area already. Chris store manager hung up on me..and said its not my problem. You figure it out,Lowes is a wonderful brand, continue to shop from here but try another location thats all
