I have been going to Leo for years for my problematic 1997 Toyota and have always had a good experience. My car needed the water pump replaced and Leo quoted me $200 less for the same service from another mechanic in the same parking lot. He'll also show you the problem instead of just telling you, so it doesn't feel like you're blindly trusting somebody.10/10 would recommend Leo to anyone. Leo's Auto Center showed honesty, kindness and care in my repairs needed. I felt like I was getting the complete truth about the needs of my car repairs and they did everything they could to make things as easy as possible on my wait time for the repairs and needing transportation home while this was completed. Personal service and personal care are truly a rarity and I'm so grateful I found them.

Our car's AC was not working and we couldn't figure out why. Most places were going to charge us $500 just to do a full diagnostic and then we would have had to pay for any parts needed and the work on top of that. We were looking at having to spend probably $1000 on a used vehicle (no thanks!) Leo fixed our AC, as well as another issue we were having, parts and all for less than $400. We were thrilled and the AC works great now!!! I highly recommend his services.

I'm am writing not out of vengeance for the ordeal I went through at Leo's shop, but so that no one has to go through the same. Let me preface this by saying that I don't think Leo is a malicious person, just an incompetent mechanic and unfair businessman. I took my vehicle in for a clutch replacement. After receiving the car back a week later, the clutch wasn't fixed, and I experienced the same exact issue with it as the day I took it in. Going on week 2 of repairs, I received a call that Leo had DROPPED my transmission on the ground when putting it back in. He was apologetic, and promised to work quickly to source a replacement transmission out of his pocket. Because he was unable to source a tranny, he offered to just do a car swap so that I wouldn't have to charge him for the rental costs I began to accrue on his dime. He offered to give me a dusty high mileage 97 Acura or something out of his shop, for my 2007 Dodge Caliber. That was an insulting offer for starters. I recommended he just make me an offer to buy the vehicle off of me. His original offer was a joke, basically only barely covering the Kelly Blue Book, though I gave him $1400 to fix the clutch (was it ever fixed, who knows?), and racked up $600 in rental costs out of my own pocket. After more negotiations, we agreed on an amount to avoid me having to deal with Small Claims. I feel like it was an unfair deal for me, but after this draining 3 week ordeal, I just wanted it to be over! I miss my beloved vehicle. Needless to say, taking my beloved vehicle into Leo was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made.

We've taken our vehicles here for probably 10 years. And just like the other comment, he never puts any pressure on you. He's honest & will tell you if the part/work is needed.

The person on duty was able to look at my car immediately, and although I was sure it was the alternator, he found a ground fault and was able to fix it cheaply and quickly. He put no pressure on me, and had me back on the road without any further worry. He's now my go-to car guy.
