Horrible service, scammer, took insurance companies money for repair damaged, don’t do the work, made excuses, stated they’re not a body shop but accept the repair, never go back to this place!!!

Asked for my ac to be charged as it was blowing barely cool. They told me I had a leak and needed to replace condenser, compressor and all hoses for 2800. I couldnt afford so picked up my car. The ac would not even come on. They "evacuated" the ac, which I caught before I left. They charged with a couple pounds and told me it would not last long. It lasted the rest of the summer and was cool. This year went somewhere else ACT, and they charged it for under $200. Blowing very cold and no leaks. RUN!!! I will never go back to Lees.

This is based on customer service and helping me out. My truck didn't start at the gas station near Lee's automotive so I walked over there and they sent a mechanic to jump start my vehicle. No questions asked they completely went out of their way to help me out.

Believe the good reviews at your own your risk. I wasted over a week of my time calling them and being told I would receive a call back very soon. Never happened! I finally called a 4th time today and got hold of Abe and I was angry and told him I would never do business with them under my belief that if they are so incompetent regarding callbacks (I might forgive two zero responses, but after the 3rd time, no way). I wouldn't trust them to shine my shoes at this point. Good luck if you deal with them. Maybe when you do talk to them they are slick talkers. I don't know. I hope you get what they promise and that what they replace or repair was actually needed. Half the automotive repair places are either incompetent or scam artist. I have no idea whether this business is or isn't.

We were on our way to a family reunion in Lake Tahoe and our car broke down. We have AAA and the were going to be 2 hours and told us it was going yo be costly. I asked about AAA auto repair shops the provided sone and Lee's was one. I yelped it for address and we went. Shawna was awesome friendly kind and understanding. We got a rental left our car in good hand and went to our family reunion. They called as stated and our car was ready and the price was way less than expected. They held my car until our trip was over. We were very happy and blessed we decided on Lee's. Highly recommend. We live 3 hours away.

I had a damage issue with 2 of my vehicles that I had left for service at Lee's and after I brought it to Bill's attention, the damage was promptly fixed. I could not be more pleased with the service I received at Lee's automotive.

I used Lee's as a rebuilt transmission I bought online told me to go there to check out an issue I was having with seeing a leak under the truck. Lees told me it was not the transmission but a coolant leak from the radiator. I like to put high end replacement parts on my truck and asked them about an all aluminum radiator for my truck. I was told none were available for my truck so I settled on the plastic one. It was $500 installed and they wanted another $350 to install a new thermostat as the seal was leaking a bit. While under the truck they suggested new front brakes at only $1000.00 for new Powerstop pads and rotors. That means labor was $700! I did not want to mess with the radiator so payed them for that but went home and did the thermostat in 10 minutes and replaced the front brakes myself in two hours half of that time was spent looking for tools and getting setup. After all that? Still have a leak from the transmission..... NOT GOING BACK EVER!

Service reps were very nice & helpful. I was helped by Dave. They did a front end alignment on my truck and really went the extra mile to make sure my wobbling/wandering issue was corrected. It turned out that not only was the alignment off, but that my tires were way over-inflated. Dave told me he had worked in the tire industry for many years and that you should inflate your tires according to your car's owner's manual, not what's stamped on the sidewall of the tire. I feel like Lee's really took the extra time to make sure the job was done well, including several test drives before delivering my truck back to me. From this good first experience, I would not hesitate to go back to them for future repair needs. Their shop itself is quite large. Two buildings in an industrial park, in fact. There looks to be at least 8 large bays each with a lift, along with all kinds of repair equipment. It looked like they have at least 2 dozen repair techs busy doing things, so this is definitely not a smaller mom-and-pop shop.

I needed a brake job and decided to try Lees. I usually do these small jobs myself but unfortunately no time. I also decided to have an alignment with a power steering flush so why not have it all done at the same time. I dropped off and shortly after they stated i needed new struts and shocks. it is a 2008 so it sounded reasonable. okay proceed with permission. 3 days later i pick up my car and it sounded like i had rocks in the engine. i dropped off purring like a kitten. They told me i need a new timing belt which i just had replaced 2 months ago.... wait i dropped off purring like a kitten now i need to replace something i just replaced. I had to have it towed to my normal shop. They inspected and found my radiator cap was missing, i had many loose bolts on my brakes and my timing tension-er was stuck. I am not saying they tampered with my timing belt but it is very suspicious that I drop off for a brake job and $1700 later I'm towing my car to another shop. There is no excuse for the missing radiator cap and loose bolts so by that reason only i would not recommend this shop. As far as the rest i will leave you to your own conclusions...

Lee's Automotive is the best car repair shop I've ever used. I needed them to check my transmission fluid because a Jiffy Lube told me it needed to be changed which is not always the best path even if the oil is dark. So I brought it to Lee's to get checked and they said it was fine. Boo - Jiffy Lube! Yay - Lee's!! Unfortunately, I do not live in the area but my family does. I only bring my car to Lee's. They are helpful and reasonable.

Took the car there for a possible coolant leak. After paying $70 for a diagnostic was told that the water pump, thermostat and a hose needed to be replaced for $1100. Luckily they couldn't get parts until the next day so we took car home and decided to call my mechanic friend to see if he had time to repair. Luckily he was free and suggested we never go to Lee Automotive. The water pump was not leaking, the thermostat was good but we did have to replace the hose. These guys are crooks. $100 later my car is fine.

It was my first time to have my car serviced at Lee's auto today. I was given an estimate of $840 to replace my timing belt and water pump. They charged me and additional $100 to flush my cooling system without getting my authorization. And it didn't need to be done. I have a new radiator and the entire cooling system was drained when they removed the radiator and water pump. When I asked Dave about it he rudely said "we're the best, not the cheapest" and then he turned his back to me and walked away. I'm the customer and will not go back. Their hourly labor rate is very high too at $135 per hour. This is my first yelp review. I got the app just for this.

Shauna, Bill and the Lee's front office team are just amazing people! They are completely upfront, supportive, responsive, and in our case of dealing with some odd circumstances with our vehicle - compassionate. Shauna is one of the best customer service people I have come across, truly professional, organized, and just on top of it (watch it Lee's, I might steal her to come work at Vision Service Plan). (j/k) The work of the mechanics is top notch and for a fair price. They get busy because of all this, but try and successfully accommodate everyone's needs. I've gone to Lee's for years, and will surely continue to use them. Thank you!
