Contacted Jamesville Furniture to furnish an office for an incoming Sales Manager. Jordan Wilson took me through the best pieces that would accommodate the office size we had, and gave me an excellent price on the entire set. They also included delivery & install and setup, and their install team was extremely proficient and fast. I will definitely do business again with this company, the entire process went very smoothly. We bought the Espresso U-Bullet shaped executive desk and all accompanying pieces. The Espresso wood is dark and very professional looking.

They provide quick turn around on quotes and always have the customers best interest in mind. The install team is awesome, they always go out of their way to accommodate customers no matter what it takes. Sales staff is very helpful. Only reason not 5 stars is because of delivery department. They often did not let me know the time they were delivering to my company. Casandra always went above and beyond.

I follow the ads on their Facebook to buy monitors. I thought the monitors would come with stands and HDMI cords. But it turns out It is just a monitor and if want a stand and cord I need to purchase them separately. While their ads on facebook show it comes with a stand it did not mention that I have to buy an HDMI cord. Very midleading.

We went in looking for some used office furniture for my husband's office. The young lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful and polite. She showed us to the new furniture section and the used and we found some pieces we liked which were at an incredible price. She was very accommodating with delivery working within our schedule and overall it was an extremely pleasant experience. I would recommend this business to anyone, they are extremely professional.

I spend a lot of time at my desk and wanted a really nice office chair. I got great service form the young lady and she took the time to show me all of the functions of the chair she thought was the best. Bought it on the spot and the ware-houseman put it in the back of my truck. Assembled at home and love it, way better than the chairs I looked at from Ikea.

I went inside Janesville Office Furniture to purchase a desk for work. Keep in mind that I was in desperate need of one and was looking to buy that day. I go inside and see a desk that’ll suit my office. I approached the young lady that worked there she had red hair and a tattoo sleeve. I ask if the desk is available and she turns to her co worker with a smirk and says “we only have the display one, which is an extra $80.” I thought this was a little weird since displayed furniture is usually cheaper and I caught on to the smirking, but again, I was in desperate need of a desk for my office. The young lady processed my transaction then me and my friend put the desk in the truck, but it wouldn’t fit. I went back in and told the worker that the desk won’t fit so I’ll just return this and head to another store.She then says “oh wait let me check in the back if we have a packaged one.” Then she comes back with the desk that was packaged. (The one I was first interested in). I confronted her about her malicious tactics and left the store. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN.
