The owner of this business is not only so very helpful, but he knows which car parts can be used if it is not exactly the same part for a car. I needed a passenger door for my 2003 Toyota Corolla LE as an old pickup truck smashed into me. My son called HTP and told them what he needed. The owner did not have one of those, but he had a 2008 Toyota Corolla Door that was red, just like my 2003 Toyota. Then, my son asked if he could install it, and he said yes!! And they are interchangeable!! It was not an easy job because it had all these "wires" in both doors to raise and lower the window and do other things that I (an "older", haha! woman) knows nothing about. He even had a side view mirror that fit and he was able to replace the side view mirror. He is extremely knowledgeable in auto parts and on top of it, has wonderful mechanical skills. Polite, helpful, and very reasonable in his prices. Call him before you go to a body shop. He might be able to save you a lot of money!

Dude overcharges for parts and is unwilling to make reasonable compromises. Expect to pay 20-30% over market value for parts that are probably lightly damaged.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would! I purchased an engine from this place, and the engine was bad from the firs time I purchased it and installed it. When I called the company to inform them about the problem, they asked me to send it back to them as they would "fix it". Once I sent it back to them and received it back after being "fixed" it was still giving me issues. I had to send the engine back more than 3 times and they could never fix it right. At the end I asked the company to give me my money back as I no longer wanted deal with a bad engine and this bad company. When speaking to the manager at the office he refused to give me a refund, and gave me an invalid excuse and refused to give me a refund. This company has no integrity, don't hold their mechanics accountable but instead will blame you and your mechanic when you ask for their support. I also emailed corporate office up to 4 times, and they never responded to any of my emails. The purpose of me writing this review is not to talk bad about anyone, I am just trying to warn others from making the same mistake I did. PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE, AVOID ALL THE STRESS AND HEADACHES THAT COME FROM SHOPPING AT THIS PLACE, AND TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL VALUE YOU.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional, kind and honest. Our car is an older pt cruiser and they had the part we needed, at a more than fair price and loaded everything for is. I truly can say I would buy from them again. Thank you Esteban!

This place is a scam. He overcharges everything and lies about parts. I should have read the reviews here before going to this place. They wasted my time and lied to me for over a week. Very bad experience. AVOID DO NOT buy here!
