Beautiful hotel and five star service! Very clean and well organized. Little member appreciation bag was a pleasant surprise ? only stayed for a night because of work but would have definitely enjoyed longer stay, didn’t have a chance to use pool or other amenities.
The breakfast at the restaurant was nice and great service. Front desk staff in the evening and in the morning were very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend it. Will be back! ?

Rooms: My room was clean and comfortable, much like my own bed at home, making it easy to relax despite my usual difficulty falling asleep.
The housekeeping and maintenance staff were helpful and professional. However, I experienced slow service during breakfast on Monday at 9:40 a.m., despite being one of only three guests. After a 20-minute wait, my breakfast arrived, but the decaf coffee was cold.
Additionally, I encountered delays at the front desk, as the staff member was on a lengthy phone call. First, when I needed another breakfast card but I decided that instead of waiting I run back to my room to retrieve it.
And again, during checkout, though she assisted me when I said, I'm checking out.

Well unfortunately I have to take back my five star rating. Everything was great til we checked out. My husband was told by the person in their restaurant that I can pay for the food at the end of our stay and that it would be in cash. When we checked out they had already taken it off my card, this was without my permission by the way. I had cash on hand. They also are trying to keep my deposit even though I myself picked up our room before leaving and there was no damage. The many people I've talked to when I call say the deposit/ hold was already sent twice, a lie according to my bank. Also on top of that they charged me for my entire stay again putting my bank account in the negative almost 1400 dollars. These people are nice yes but it seems to me like they're either stealing from their customers or they have no idea what they're doing.i needed that money to move next week now it totally messed up our plans......thanks guys, horrible way to show your customers you value them. Please people consider staying elsewhere unless u have endless amounts of money for others to just dip into as they please. I'm considering contacting the police.

Rooms: Shower stream was very low/slow.
I still can not understand the logic when the washing sink is placed out of the bathroom. It wad in the room, like where the beds are!!
Anyways, the overall experience and value for money was OK.
Food and drinks: Coffee served in the morning and coffee available in the rooms was not good.

Eric and staff are very professional and top notch customer service.
I highly recommend this place for a very comfortable stay. As a traveler I've been the most comfortable here than in the previous places I've stayed at in a few months.

Safety: Property is fully surveillanced and safe.
Walkability: The property has adequate ADA requirements

Best hotel breakfast- excellent food and service. Very good service and rooms overall. I have stayed in Sacramento 50+ times for work and this is by far the best affordable suburban hotel option.

I’d just like to share a great experience I had with a front desk employee of this hotel. I traveled my whole 40+ yr career and am now retired, but I recognize and highly appreciate professionalism and genuine customer service when I do. Miguel is all of that and more! I was having a ridiculous time trying to navigate reservation websites and automated phone lines to get a very critical reservation for myself and other family members so I called the local number, he answered, and immediately took the time to not only book us all individually, but to find the best rate. Understanding my circumstances, he thoughtfully also suggested a quiet room. SO refreshing in today’s world, and for his friendliness and kindness I was truly grateful. Miguel makes this Holiday Inn a pleasure to look forward to!!! Holiday Inn Rancho Cordova, good on you for hiring people like this!!

These is one of the best hotels in Sacramento and ive stayed at some shady places.. the food at the bar is great and the hospitality is A+ all great people and will go above for everything . great pool and hot tub , they keep it clean and beds are comfortable and great pillows. 9.5 out of 10.
Food and drinks: great food in hotel, must try there burgers.
