We use to call it China junk but now we say even the name brands are made in China and yet they charge 2-3 times more than HF does and yet matches or exceeds the value. Good job HF. “I needed a small halogen lightbulb and couldn't find it anywhere. Light blubs plus employee looked it up for me on the phone and had it. When I went in they checked my light bulb under a magnifier and gave me the right bulb. They are so helpful and knowledgeable.”

She explained how to proceed within the process of a remodeling. She helped me realize what colors I was drawn to in these projects. “Only time I'll ever write a review. Purchased a washing machine during a move and the hose was damaged while moving. After going through a whole week and a half redeal trying to find a replacement hose, and being told by staff at Lowes to visit an external webiste which did not help, I revisited Lowes while I was about to give up and asked for and explained all the options I had exausted. Luckly I talked with their employee John in the appliances section and he was not only able to understand the frustration I was feeling about this part and the run a round I was getting, but was able to assist me in securing the part I needed. I really appreciate Jonh, dude did me a major solid and saved my night. I wish I was able to by him a beer, but instead I hope this review finds it's way to management so he can be recognized. Also, three of these stars are for John, one for all of the successful shopping I've done there, and I took one away for all the employees who told me to look somewhere else.”

“A plumbing supply house disguised as an hardware store. Very robust selection of bath and kitchen fixtures on display along with a deep selection of fittings and materials. Plus, you can pick up tools, sundries, canning jars, or a lawn mower (gas or plugin electric).”

“Need some filters and like the ones HD carries. Decided to go down the plumbing aisle to check out toilets as was having issues with current one running till you jiggled the handle. HD has a nice selection of reasonably priced toilets in assorted heights. I seen a HD employee who was very helpful in getting a flat cart & loading the heavy box on it for me. At the checkout (self service) the young woman there had already called for someone to help me out to my car & load it for me before I could even ask for help. The young man who loaded my car was also very nice. This is really great service. Really like this HD because of the helpful and friendly staff.”
