I went to great clips today to get my hair even up in the back so wouldn’t look choppy in the back after my granddaughter cut it and this lady cut my hair like I think it was like five eyelashes on the floor. She didn’t even touch my hair looks exactly the same and I am not exaggerating I looked on the floor and said to her what did you cut? She was really frustrating me when I’m sitting there on the chair because she was so slow and everybody every time somebody came in she would say excuse me and take care of the person that walked in A lot Nah take care of me first. Just so everybody knows this great clips on Sunrise sucks it’s awful. I don’t even give it one star I give it no stars. I guess that’s what I get for going to place great clips instead of going to the salon anyways don’t go there. Do not go there. I don’t even think they she deserves a one star I wish I would’ve paid them. I was in shock but it makes you so angry and she’s like I’ve been doing this since 2018 and I really like cutting hair this woman does not know how to cut hair. She did not know how to cut hair at all.

The haircuts here tend to be hit or miss. The past two times I’ve came here they turned out well. However, I got a different stylist this time. I asked for a #1 on the side with a mid fade and #3 on the top. My hair looks almost uniform all the way around when a #1 should easily be able to see your scalp. It just looks like he freestyled it because what I got does not look like what I had previously. It looks like a uniform buzz compared to a buzz fade.

Took my kid in for a haircut and the experience was okay. The haircut wasn't so great. Asked for a gentleman haircut and the result ended up uneven. Stylist seemed bothered and unhappy to be there. Will try some other place.

Got my hairs butchered by a friendly looking red hair lady. I was so polite and even tipped her. I asked her for a flared bob cut and she made my hair so choppy and greasy. I'm literally so upset. I don't understand why she gave me such a cold shoulder. Now I'm hair looks shittier than before. As she was cutting my hair- I told her I would bring my 9 year old autistic son. Yah Nooo. Don't be deceived by a nice smile with evil intentions. She ruined me ever trusting to think it's safe to get a simple haircut. My hair is super thin and I already have a scalp condition.

THE WORST HAIR CUT YOU CAN EVER ASK FOR. I have to find somewhere else to fix it. The stylist with long blond hair is a disaster. Will never come back.

I've never been satisfied more than here. A huge plus he's being able to come in for a neck trim. Which includes the ear areas for a very reasonable price, $7. Thank you

Took my two kids here for haircuts. One and only plus is you can sign in online ahead of time to decrease wait times. Other than that, I can't say much that is positive. Both girls had haircuts that were crooked, not blended, and probably took less than 15 minutes. To add insult to injury it was a 20.00 haircut each! Should've taken it as a sign when the kid before us was upset that they messed up his hair. Definitely will avoid this place.
