Quick and courteous with a competitive price. They finished ahead of time with my windshield replacement and when I was driving home I noticed they cleaned up my headliner droop by the windshield. Very pleasantly surprised. Great job !!

This place is amazing, they deliver on what they promise! Sal works very hard with insurance to ensure all is taken care of. When I dropped off my car, Ivan gave me a ride home. They go above and beyond there to take great care of the customer and get your car fixed quickly. Me and my two daughters have had our windshields fixed there and we are all happy lifetime customers. This is the best auto glass shop by far! I had my car broken in through a passenger window in Bay Area. I called Exceptional Auto Glass on my way back to Sacramento. They ordered the glass and were able to fit me right in. My car was fixed within an hour on the same day! Sal gave me few safety tips when in Bay Area and made me feel very comfortable while waiting. I totally concur with many reviews about the cleanliness of the shop and high level amazing customer service. Sal and the team, you set the bar of professional knowledge and amazing customer service very high! I highly recommend this business for your auto glass needs.

Unbelievably great customer service and work from Exceptional Auto Glass. I called yesterday after noticing a crack in my front windshield and I spoke with Sal. From the moment he picked up the phone I could tell this was the place to bring my car. Sal was professional polite and accommodating. I went there this morning and my car was repaired very quickly. Had my windshield replaced and adas calibrated and it was professionally done by exceptional auto glass. Sal and the staff are accommodating. They finished the job much earlier than the estimated hour. If you're looking for a shop for a windshield replacement and adas calibration I would highly recommend this shop.

Exceptional Auto Glass was just that, exceptional! They were very kind and accommodating. I go the gym a couple doors down so my experience was convenient and quick. Went to a class for an hour, came back and my car was ready with a new windshield and for an incredible price! Would definitely recommend family and friends.

Super thankful this business exists! Obtained a large crack in my windshield late on a Friday and they were able to replace Monday morning. Another company through my insurance was going to schedule me out almost 2 weeks. Quoted me about four hours to do the job (replace/recalibrate), called me in 2 hours advising it was done. Very professional, great customer service, and prepared to do the job right!
