The staff were very very nice and courteous!! They were very patient when I was picking out my quartz slabs. You will NOT find better prices. I got an additional 40% off.

We came here for the price & large selection. However we ended up having to pay more because of THEIR mistake.We read reviews about the company missing up people’s orders. We found something we liked & decided to double check the order just in case. We checked the name & code of the counter on the receipt & it was checked again at pick up. However when the 2 slabs were put right next to each other at the house, you can tell they were very different.At the end of the day, they refused to replace the slab it or refund is. The wrong slab was a 36 inch. When we wanted to get the right one they said they were out of stock of that size & sold us a larger one, which is strange because we paid for a 36 inch. It almost seems like they purposely gave us a close look alike after finding out they had no more of our size in stock.Overall I highly suggest to not go here. Get your countertops anywhere else, even if they’re more expensive because you’ll pay for it in the long run.

This business must be a front. They obviously don't care about selling Granite because These people have the worst attitude I've ever witnessed. Unhelpful and condescending. I'm a contractor and I was about to purchase granite for a custom home. I'm building when I was forced to interact with the troll woman at the counter. I couldn't even stand a three minute conversation with the woman before walking out. I'm happily taking my business elsewhere. Not only will I not be returning to these ass***** but I will be sure to tell every customer/contractor that I know in the industry to definitely not use Granite outlet in the future.. I hope your shitty attitude was worth the thousands lost in revenue. SMH.

They have the worst customer service rancho Cordova location charged $350 the south Sacramento location charged $250 once they call other location raised price in a phone call the manager in the rancho location very rude and knows she can treat customers the way she did I recommend not to use them word if mouth is how business going very rude unprofessional very unhappy so if u need stuff for yr bathroom go somewhere else !! Very unhappy Customer

Don't go here.staff will not help you or even acknowledge your presence. 5 employees ignored my attempts to buy marble back splash on two separate occasions. Don't know how they stay in business with such nonexistent customer service.

I have purchased granite and had them install in 7 bathrooms and 3 kitchens and appreciate their great work and great prices for all the jobs. The women at the counter are not super friendly, but very efficient. There is an expectation that you have your measurements. I always draw out the lay out I need with sizes and note where the walls are. They always remind about what size plywood I need. The guys on the floor are always friendly and helpful. Not sure how they are doing a bait and switch. You should be signing the pieces you purchase. Sorry so many people have had bad experiences.

Horrible customer service!! I am still in shock at how rude the ladies at the front desk are. It was if my husband and I were inconveniencing them by asking any question. We thought it was just one woman but then we were ready to order we went to another woman who was just as rude. My Husband and I looked at each other and we decided there was no way they were getting our money. I didn't care how much I liked their counter tops, our interaction with them was just foreshadowing how the process after our purchase would have been. Not a chance I was willing to take. Zero stars for customer service but 1 start because they had a showroom which was helpful for visual purposes.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…. If you can’t stand poor customer service and have the ability to spend 2-3k more on material & enjoy outstanding customer service, this is definitely not the place to shop.These guys have pretty good granite, least inexpensive prices but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in 4 different countries. Highly recommended to already go to the warehouse knowing what is wanted and having a plan to transport it.

I shopped at two locations. Sacramento and Rancho Cordova. The employees were extremely helpful at both locations. I had very little knowledge of the procedure and they were very patient. We encountered no rudeness at all. We chose what we wanted for our counter and backsplash and ended up buying our under-mount sinks there too. They scheduled demolition for two days later and installation for the day after that. They called to confirm both appointments. I called twice with extra questions and again they were very polite. The demo went quickly and smoothly. Thomas did the demo. He was extremely tidy and polite. Ming and two others did the installation. Every cut was just perfect and the final product looks so good. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely use them again on our next project. ??

I wouldn't even give one star but zero stars are not option.. Rude does not even touch how we were treated..Guess the good news there is plenty of other places that would be happy for us to spend our money at.. if you need any assistance this is not the place to go..

Came in here looking for some quartz for a remodel and was disappointed in the selection for quartz. They did have some nice quartz but not everything is stock and no real samples to speak of and since the material is hung up it's hard to tell what it would look like laying flat. The people aren't friendly like the other few places I went, they seemed annoyed and short with any questions. I went in two times and got the same feeling both times.
